Have used that title before and perhaps I can change that to a.... DOZEN! For Akari's 😍 posts do get more views than they once did, she'll never be a huge favorite of most readers but bet her posts have seen the largest percentage increase in views over anyone else the last two years though the amount of views still pales compared to most others. Usually when I do so many posts for a woman those posts tend to draw fewer views as they go on but the opposite has been true for Akari though then again there was no way the amount of views for her posts could have decreased! This is her 85th post and about 55 have been done since Akari graduated from SKE at the end of October 2022, no woman can top that amount of posts since then. Did make a prediction post #100 would be hit next March and that milestone is such a rarity these days. But with the posts coming so fast and furious will move that prediction up to December and will try to tie it in with another achievement.
That tie-in for post #100 could be when
Akari will be crowned my Queen for 2025 and though that's over five months away can't see anyone topping her. So for the second time
Akari 😍 should be my number one woman of the year and twice has ended up in the second position so there's some reasons why she is my top woman of all time!!!! Well, the woman two posts down may want to dispute that and their birthdays are only eight days apart! The countdown for the list of my 'Top Twenty Faves of All Time' will begin in August 2026, it will be my third one and think every four years seems right as isn't the World Cup and Olympics also every four years? In that last list done in September 2022
Akari finished in the seventh position and the only reason she wasn't higher was because of the lack of posts. Since then she's been unstoppable and especially after leaving SKE, I also think she looks better than ever. This Halloween she'll be hitting the age of 34 so if she is #1 again this year a new record would be set for being the oldest number one, the current record is 33 years and one month.
Soon
Akari will hold just about every record you can think of here save for total posts. If that were to happen would need to keep this blog alive another fifteen years so she'd be almost fifty then and would she still be doing photo shoots like the pics above?!!!! This makes it nineteen posts for
Akari to date this year, the record is 26 so at her current pace when the 'Nao Year' ends on November 30th she would be up to thirty which I think will happen and that may be an unbeatable record! For
Akari is showing no signs of slowing down with her activities and seems to be busier than ever plus she does have a new movie coming out in exactly two months. Once again this will be a huge post with quite a bit of variety, have plenty of super duper new pics and news along with some older things that had never been posted before so hopefully that can raise the amount of the fans she has here to a baker's dozen....
Sigh, there's only one present I wish (Miss) Santa would give me, gulp! I never did view the SKE 2017 drama "Tofu Wrestling" as it looked a bit too goofy and as anyone else seen it? Akari did have a huge role in it and the following year did wrestle in a pro match, she won once but then lost to an SKE mate a few weeks later. On to things and speaking of SKE have some older cards for them, bet I've posted over 500 of these to date with rarely any duplicates. Have a small batch for today as I need to start spacing them out a bit more but there's still hundreds more to go and have you been collecting them? Usually in these ex-Idol posts have cards for the current month we're in but want to start focusing more on special cards so only have a few for July below. The ones in yellow are for SKE's 'Request Hour' show, those and the July cards are from 2016. The first seven are from 2015 and the group's 17th single "Coquettish Jutai Chu" single that was released on March 31, 2015. That sold over 700,000 copies and to me only C-ute had better singles during that period. It is a terrific song but I prefer a few other singles though it's their best selling single.
In
Akari's previous post had a slew of magazine covers she's appeared on, both solo and while with SKE. Have even more today which brings the grand total to 25 of them and will have even more in the future. She may not be popular here but in Japan she is to an extent, actually quite a few SKE gals during the 2010's were very popular. I've posted almost all of the spreads from the 25 covers but not the first one below and have never seen an issue of that short lived special magazine. Three of the covers are with

Akari's spreads from those issues have only been beaten out by a May 2024 set from
Bomb which is one of my all time favorites....
Didn't find any golden oldie spread that had never been posted before so let's have an encore viewing of an ancient one that's exactly nine years old and from the July 2016 issue of
BLT. In April of that year
Akari had cut her hair very short and I never did find out why but will for her next post as there's another spread from that era that you will be seeing. At first I didn't care for that style and she quickly grew it back but upon further reflection
Akari 😍 truly did look so fabulous with shorter hair and perhaps she just wanted to do something different.... it is rare seeing J-Pop Idols with hair so short and
Akari was 24 at the time.
Akari's second regular photobook "Pluie" was released in February and that was such a nice surprise as it came out of nowhere. There is a short video from the photo shoot on YT and have posted it here twice but won't for today. I did obtain a better version of the video so in her last post included some screenshots from it and have even more for today, the fifth and sixth pics of this post are also from the video and is she alluring to the Nth degree 😍😍😍😍.... whewwww....
That five minute video has only been
Akari's second one from a photo shoot, her first was for the May 2024 issue of
Bomb which is a must watch! Always found it so odd she never had any gravure videos while with SKE as she must have had 40+ mag spreads in that vein. Will be doing one more post for her near the end of the month and that will contain many pics plus a video of
Akari throwing out the first pitch at yesterday's
Chunichi Dragons game, they're based out of Nagoya which is her home area. It's the second time in two months
Akari threw out the first pitch and the
33 on her uniform refers to her age, the pitch was a strike but only went 27 mph.
Usually end off
Akari's posts with many photos from her IG page but have something different for today after this batch of superb pics. There are twenty photos from the last eleven days, many for most people but not as many as she usually posts. I really like those bottom ones of
Akari in a Yutaka and she was filming a segment for the "Asunal Treasure" show. She's been with that show off and on for over two years and also co-hosts a show on
Mahjong, she did say it was the first time this Summer she was clad in a Yutaka.

Akari visited the city of Osaka for the
2025 World Expo and they also held it way back in 1970. Not positive but think back then those expos had more of a sci-fi theme to them as that was only a year after man landed on the Moon plus such hi-tech gadgets were finally seeing the light of day. There is plenty of science at this year's expo which is supposed to draw close to 30 million visitors and this is the first time it's been held in five years due to the virus. I really don't know if
Akari is into sci-fi, mangas, animes or Sentai things as she doesn't talk about them but it wouldn't surprise me if she was. One other major reason for this tie-in with
Model Press is that she rode on a high class
Hinotori train which departed from the
Kintetsu Station in Nagoya. There's plenty of pics below from the site of
Akari's train ride and she did comment how she loves coffee over tea, that train does look very spiffy and I'd love to take a ride on it myself. Shame there's no video but that's probably because there were other passengers on the trip and the pics below are before anyone else boarded.
