Hajimemashite minna san....welcome to my site on my fave Japanese Pop Culture likes such as dramas, movies, magazine scans, promo events etc. Mainly concentrate on my faves...Risa Watanabe... Kyoko Saito... Yui Kobayashi....Nana Owada.... Nene Shida.... if you're a fan at all of any of them then you've come to the right place(!) but many others are featured here besides them. Do mainly quick reviews on things I've watched, try to make the reviews brief, quick to read through with not too many spoilers, just whether they're good or bad and why I thought so plus whether you may find them enjoyable. Many, many screenshots are included from everything I've watched plus any video trailers if they're available. Hope you find something that interests you, don't hesitate to comment, arigato gozaimasu!

Kasumi Arimura: "Narratage" movie screening pics from August 23rd

Haven't been any recent Kasumi events until today, her "Hiyokko" asadora has been taking up much of her time. That series will be ending in five weeks and bet we'll be seeing much more then. No mag spreads for the last month either, that's a shame as not many beat her mag pics but once again sure we'll soon be seeing much more of her.
Kasumi has two more films coming out this year, the first is "Narratage" which will be released on October 7th. Looks to be an interesting film as Kasumi plays Izumi who is a college student. Izumi falls for her teacher who had taught her in high school. It's mainly a love story but seems to have more going for it than that.

On August 23rd the first screening for the film was held at the Toho Cinemas in Roppogni Hills. The birthday event was for her co-star Jun who you know from Arashi and he'll be turning 34 next week. The pair also starred as brother and sister in the "Shitsuren Chocolatier" drama that aired in 2013 and it was a decent series.
On to some fabulous pics and that word isn't good enough to describe Kasumi who looked ultra ravishing at the event. She's someone who has really come a long way, remember her as a seventeen year old in the "SPEC" drama from 2010. Kasumi makes my selection for #1 this year even more difficult as there's five who could claim the top spot. Seems once somebody makes a move up someone else tries to better that person, she may have done that with these pics. After them is a short video of the event, no really good ones are out yet so may replace this one with a better video tomorrow.
