Welcome to my humble site....
Hajimemashite minna san....welcome to my site on my fave Japanese Pop Culture likes such as dramas, movies, magazine scans, promo events etc. Mainly concentrate on my faves...Erika Toda!... Yuko Oshima... Nogizaka46!.... C-ute.... Masami Nagasawa!.... if you're a fan at all of any of them then you've come to the right place(!) but many others are featured here besides them. Do mainly quick reviews on things I've watched, try to make the reviews brief, quick to read through with not too many spoilers, just whether they're good or bad and why I thought so plus whether you may find them enjoyable. Many, many screenshots are included from everything I've watched plus any video trailers if they're available. Hope you find something that interests you, don't hesitate to comment, arigato gozaimasu!
Also these days(mid-2017) have many posts for Korean actresses, dramas and films that are worth checking out as over the years have become a much bigger fan of Korean dramas versus the ones from Japan.
Few tidbits.... have no idea why the background color constantly changes, think Blogger keeps doing it.
New item on the right is the 'Featured Post of the Day', will be putting some fabulous oldie posts which some of you may have missed the first time around, all will be at least one year old.

Han Hyo-Joo: 2017 happenings #2
Hyo-Joo's first post in about six months did draw quite a few viewers and kind of expected that as she is a bit popular around here. But Hyo-Joo may not be the most popular Korean actress here, there is someone who seems to attract a few more fans and guiltily may have to admit she may be my fave.
That actress is Yeon-Hee who wrote the encyclopedia on attractiveness. Haven't done a post on her all year so there will be some coming up, those above are some new pics from May.
On to the topic of this post who is naturally Hyo-Joo, though they don't resemble each other too much her and Yeon-Hee do have some stupendous similarities. Japanese actresses appear in so many more mags and quite often a post about that person is just devoted to mags. The opposite is true for Korean actresses and just have one for this post but it's a real doozy which is at the bottom.
But Korean actresses do appear at so many more events plus do much more modeling for companies, same amount of pics but they're just different kinds. Such as this first set of pics which is from the Lipault Spring/Summer collection, Hyo-Joo dressed like this beats 98% of the gravure Idols that I post about.
Hyo-Joo does quite a bit of work for clothing companies, that could be her main source of income as she doesn't do enough acting work though she is so high in demand. Previous post had many pics from the Zishen S/S collection, even more superb pics for today.
Hope some of you have seen the "W" drama from 2016, perhaps the best show from any country in the past five years. If you haven't it may be impossible to recommend anything more than that series. Korean dramas are popular in China and Hong Kong, "W" aired starting in April on XiuTV in HK. At the end of March Hyo-Joo made a trip there to promote the show, these are from one event and there were more of them which you'll see in future posts.
After that event she also did a round of interviews for the drama, have no clue what the ratings were but bet they were solid. These ones here are from KDaily, whewwww....
Hyo-Joo does seem to be much thinner than most Korean actresses, that's good in a way as too many of them have had plastic surgery and can't say I'm a big fan of gals that do that. Here's pics from another event which took place on June 7th for a Vuitton exhibition at the Dondaemun Design Plaza.
As mentioned not enough mag spreads for Korean actresses but the one for today is such an alluring set of pics. Korean actresses are also popular in Taiwan and naturally Hyo-Joo is near the top of the list as she had the cover(wow!) for the March edition of Vogue Taiwan. After the pics are some from the photo shoot plus a promo video for the spread which is subbed in English.
