Welcome to my humble site....
Hajimemashite minna san....welcome to my site on my fave Japanese Pop Culture likes such as dramas, movies, magazine scans, promo events etc. Mainly concentrate on my faves...Keyakizaka46... Yuko Oshima... Nogizaka46!.... C-ute.... Lee Yeon-Hee!.... if you're a fan at all of any of them then you've come to the right place(!) but many others are featured here besides them. Do mainly quick reviews on things I've watched, try to make the reviews brief, quick to read through with not too many spoilers, just whether they're good or bad and why I thought so plus whether you may find them enjoyable. Many, many screenshots are included from everything I've watched plus any video trailers if they're available. Hope you find something that interests you, don't hesitate to comment, arigato gozaimasu!
Also these days(mid-2017) have many posts for Korean actresses, dramas and films that are worth checking out as over the years have become a much bigger fan of Korean dramas versus the ones from Japan.
Few tidbits.... have no idea why the background color constantly changes, think Blogger keeps doing it.
New item on the right is the 'Featured Post of the Day', will be putting some fabulous oldie posts which some of you may have missed the first time around, all will be at least one year old.

C-ute: The 'C-ute Singles series'- #24 "Kokoro no Sakebi wo Uta ni Shitemita / Love Take It All"
Want to take this series back to their 15th single "Campus Life" which came out in 2010. Have a feeling it's not going to be easy finding things about the group from five or so years ago. Luckily have quite a few group things from 2013 until now but kind of worried about before then.
This double sided single was released on March 5, 2014 and they remained true to their consistency. Single #23 sold 67,700 copies while this one sold 67,500 copies. However 62,000 of the copies sold were in week one when it was #2 on the Oricon charts. The group has a solid fan base which buys their singles in the first week, now they need to find more fans to keep the sales going for a few more weeks. There were a total of three editions of the single as here's the rest of the covers.
There were many C-ute cards from H!P for 2014 but not many for this single, actually though there are too many group cards to count there usually aren't many for their singles. Have a few of them here along with a few other promo pics.
There was also a spread from Weekly Shonen Champion promoting the single.
So often I think these 'single series' posts are going to be small but instead they end fairly huge ones. The group also had a promo with Reebok as there was a CM for them too.
Coming to a close, have some screenshots of the group performing the single on a BS-TBS show which the video of it is below.
