Welcome to my humble site....
Hajimemashite minna san....welcome to my site on my fave Japanese Pop Culture likes such as dramas, movies, magazine scans, promo events etc. Mainly concentrate on my faves...Keyakizaka46... Yuko Oshima... Nogizaka46!.... C-ute.... Lee Yeon-Hee!.... if you're a fan at all of any of them then you've come to the right place(!) but many others are featured here besides them. Do mainly quick reviews on things I've watched, try to make the reviews brief, quick to read through with not too many spoilers, just whether they're good or bad and why I thought so plus whether you may find them enjoyable. Many, many screenshots are included from everything I've watched plus any video trailers if they're available. Hope you find something that interests you, don't hesitate to comment, arigato gozaimasu!
Also these days(mid-2017) have many posts for Korean actresses, dramas and films that are worth checking out as over the years have become a much bigger fan of Korean dramas versus the ones from Japan.
Few tidbits.... have no idea why the background color constantly changes, think Blogger keeps doing it.
New item on the right is the 'Featured Post of the Day', will be putting some fabulous oldie posts which some of you may have missed the first time around, all will be at least one year old.

Airi Suzuki: Happy 23rd birthday!!!!
Second b-day post in a row, lately mid-week has become so slow again for new happenings. Here's two comparison pics, no offense to Airi but it's hard for anyone to top Misa.
Then again you'll find no complaints from me(and many others) on how Airi looks....
Don't think this will be a huge post as I've been keeping up with all of the C-ute's happenings plus Airi has had quite a few solo posts over the last few months. Two months from today will be the final performance of C-ute, hasn't hit me yet but it will as for the last six years no J-Pop group has put out better tunes.
Would think Airi has the best chance of having a solo career if she chooses to do so, she's easily the most popular member of the group and has many activities outside of the group going on. Then again perhaps Airi would consider moving on to the professional ranks, in March she received a degree from Keio University in 'Environmental Information', despite how busy she is she was able to get the degree in four years. What's also amazing is that even though Airi just turned 23 she's been a member of Hello Project since 2002, Buono! is also another popular group she's been a member of.
Last year Airi didn't make my top twenty list but if I had to do one today she would and may have a chance for the top ten as she's rapidly becoming a huge fave of mine. Been a C-ute fan since 2011 but two other members have overshadowed her, have always liked her quite a bit but even more so these last few months. Comments like this one from her to me definitely has helped her move up on the list.
Since last July Airi has been the host of the 'Airi's Potion' radio show which airs Tuesday nights. Here are some pics from last night's show as they held a little party for her, looks like she got a video game for a present but no luck blowing out those candles though.
Airi has also been a long time model for Ray Magazine, besides appearing in their monthly issues she has a weekly Monday feature with new pics and here they are for this week.
In concert Airi may be the most alluring member on stage, her looks are so sultry they could melt an iceberg! These pics here don't give great examples of that but perhaps a few do as these are some random concert pics from the last yew years.
Airi released he final photobook "Eien" on March 31st, really surprised there wasn't an event for the book. In it's first week out it finished fourth on the Oricon charts, last week's positions don't come out until tomorrow but an event would have really helped sales.
Airi is also a new spokesperson for Chiba Bank, she just had a CM for them come out on April 1st. You can view the making of the CM video after these pics, the campaign is called 'With Your Challenge'.
