First Nogi post in close to a week which is a gap that usually doesn't happen. Sometimes when a single is released there's less to post about the group as they appear on so many music shows promoting the single and I don't post screenshots too often from them. Season eight of 'NOGIBINGO' starts on April 11th, few members from those above pics are unfortunately no longer there.
Week one sales for single #17 "Influencer" were 874,500 copies sold which is another record for the group. Would imagine hitting the million mark will finally happen which will be the first time though "Sayonara no Imi" isn't too far away from that mark. It's a good tune and better than a few of their recent singles but will guiltily admit I'm a bigger fan of singles three through ten, those are the songs that got me into Nogi.
Will try to do this weekly which is to keep you updated on the sales of the member's photobooks, they've been selling like hotcakes so as long as they're in the top ten can get the figures.
Mai 'Passport'- 169.600
Asuka 'Shiosai'- 85,000
Nanami '2017'- 76,825
Manatsu 'Manatsu no Kiatsu Haichi'- 43,750
Reika 'Jiyu to Iukoto'- 34,900
All of the books made the top ten again this week led by Mai who finished in the third position selling 5,581 copies. Misa's PB comes out later on this month, that is one I'm truly looking forward to and it appears so many fans are too.
Here's a name that hasn't been mentioned in a while and that's Mai Fukagawa. Have to admit I forgot about her b-day as she turned 26 on Wednesday. She's been working hard with her acting career and her first stage play "Skip" will be starting on April 27th. She was in a few dramas last year but no major roles as of yet, this first spread is from the current issue of TV Guide.
First time the name Yuuki Yoda has been mentioned here, she's one of the new third generation members and they've been appearing in quite a few mags recently. She has a solo spread which is from volume 16 of BLT Graph.
Asuka's first photobook has been selling consistently, usually between 2-3,000 copies a week so she should hit the 100 K mark very soon. This is one her better spreads which is from the March 30th edition of Weekly Shonen.
Nanase's second PB is also one that sells 2,000+ copies a week, don't know the exact figure but she must be around the 130,000 sold mark. Set of pics here are fro Young Magazine for April 5th.
