Welcome to my humble site....
Hajimemashite minna san....welcome to my site on my fave Japanese Pop Culture likes such as dramas, movies, magazine scans, promo events etc. Mainly concentrate on my faves...Erika Toda!... Yuko Oshima... Nogizaka46!.... C-ute.... Masami Nagasawa!.... if you're a fan at all of any of them then you've come to the right place(!) but many others are featured here besides them. Do mainly quick reviews on things I've watched, try to make the reviews brief, quick to read through with not too many spoilers, just whether they're good or bad and why I thought so plus whether you may find them enjoyable. Many, many screenshots are included from everything I've watched plus any video trailers if they're available. Hope you find something that interests you, don't hesitate to comment, arigato gozaimasu!
Few tidbits.... have no idea why the background color constantly changes, think Blogger keeps doing it.
New item on the right is the 'Featured Post of the Day', will be putting some fabulous oldie posts which some of you may have missed the first time around, all will be at least one year old.

Kyoko Fukada: Glico promo event pics/video and one new mag spread
Kyoko usually looks rather dazzling at many of her events, those above are about a year old and were from the Japanese premiere of "Alice in Wonderland:Times Journey". It's an anime film and in it she did the dubbed voice of the White Queen. So far for this year she's been in zero films nor is scheduled to be in one, most I've seen her in have been fairly good.
Kyoko seems to be doing more dramas than ever the last few years and has a new one starting on July 14th that will be airing on TBS. Title of the series is "Hello Hari Nezumi" which is about a pair of private detectives and it's based on a 1980's manga. There will probably be an event for it so will give more details for the show when that happens.
Think I'm caught up with most of Kyoko's mag spreads for 2016-17, for a while she was in one almost every week. Not as breathtaking as some of those older sets but still some A+ pics from the July edition of Voce.
Mentioned above that Kyoko often looks dazzling at events, not so much for the one today but she still gets my blood boiling. She'll be turning 35 in November, not many women around her age can top her looks which seem to improve the older she gets.
This Glico event was held today at Toranomon Hills in Tokyo. It was promoting a new product called Bisco and Kyoko will be featured in some new CM's for it. There will also be a limited time cafe for the product and Kyoko took her turn as cafe clerk, no doubt if she was the actual clerk then the Biscos would be flying off the shelves. Plenty of superb Kyoko pics here from the event, the CM's aren't out yet so have a short video of this event after the pics.
