Welcome to my humble site....
Hajimemashite minna san....welcome to my site on my fave Japanese Pop Culture likes such as dramas, movies, magazine scans, promo events etc. Mainly concentrate on my faves...Keyakizaka46... Yuko Oshima... Nogizaka46!.... C-ute.... Lee Yeon-Hee!.... if you're a fan at all of any of them then you've come to the right place(!) but many others are featured here besides them. Do mainly quick reviews on things I've watched, try to make the reviews brief, quick to read through with not too many spoilers, just whether they're good or bad and why I thought so plus whether you may find them enjoyable. Many, many screenshots are included from everything I've watched plus any video trailers if they're available. Hope you find something that interests you, don't hesitate to comment, arigato gozaimasu!
Also these days(mid-2017) have many posts for Korean actresses, dramas and films that are worth checking out as over the years have become a much bigger fan of Korean dramas versus the ones from Japan.
Few tidbits.... have no idea why the background color constantly changes, think Blogger keeps doing it.
New item on the right is the 'Featured Post of the Day', will be putting some fabulous oldie posts which some of you may have missed the first time around, all will be at least one year old.

C-ute: The 'C-ute Singles series'- #25- "The Power/Kanashiki Heaven"
Will be back in a day or two with the sales figures for the group's 29th single which came out last Wednesday. Lot of people think it wasn't promoted enough, single will probably end up in the 3rd/4th position for the week so how much would have more promoting helped?
Then again their sales figures are kind of boring, there's never a huge increase in sales but on the flip side there's never a decrease either. "The Power" which came out on July 16, 2014 was their 25th single and it sold 55,000 copies it's first week out ending up in the third position on the Oricon charts. Since then though the singles have gradually risen in sales, not a huge number but they do get over 60,000 sales a week which is probably higher than most Hello Project groups.
Though C-ute would have some sort of event or concert for their new single but it never happened, it's only been out a week though so perhaps there's something still planned but it better happen soon. For this single the group did hold a mini concert for it, some pics from it.
One thing there wasn't though were a lot of cards for the single, however there were a lot of Summer 2014 cards which haven't been posted yet so will be working on having them here. After these cards check out the PV for "The Power", like how their videos are usually subbed and this one is.
