For over a year rarely a month went by without at least one post for Hinako, sadly this is her first one in over eight months. Hinako has mainly been known for her gravure work and she's truly one of the top five models of the last few years. However it almost appears she's retired from the doing those kinds of spreads and is concentrating so much more on her acting career. Last June Hinako cut her hair to a much shorter length, can't say I prefer either style as she looks mighty fine whether it's short or long.
Hinako probably did it for her acting career which is starting to work out well for her. Currently she has a good sized role in two four episode dramas "Thrill: The Black Chapter" and "Thrill: The Red Chapter". They're running at the same time which doesn't make sense, both are scheduled to end next week. They look like interesting shows and will try hunting them down, I'm a sucker for short dramas like they are.
More news about Hinako's next drama after these mag spreads from 2016. She hasn't done one of these kinds of spreads since October and unsure if she's till going to be doing them, let's keep our fingers crossed she's just taking a break from fabulous sets like the ones we have today. First off is from her most common mag to appear in which is WPB and this is from issue #33.
Hinako was also in the film "Saki" which came out on February 3rd, would have done a post for the premiere but she didn't attend it. Breathtaking pics here are from the August 30th issue of Flash.
Final gravure spread she's done to date was from the October 25th issue of Flash, that bottom pic deserves to be in the Hall of Fame.
Hinako has really worked at her acting as her roles are getting much bigger. She has the lead female part in her next series "Code: M", that drama starts on April 7th and will be airing on TV Tokyo. It's got a late airing time of 1:20 am on Friday nights, perhaps because it looks to be an action packed show. Couldn't find a good synopsis for it but the show has a plot dealing with a cyper crime, hacking and a lot of fast paced action.
That looks like a series to check out, not enough Japanese dramas in that vein. On March 10th Hinako and the other main characters were at a press conference for the series, not dressed anywhere close to the above pics.... actually should say she is dressed compared to those pics! She does look fine though at the event, more mature looking and if you notice she's let her tresses grow long again. After the pics check out a video of the press conference.
