Welcome to my humble site....

Hajimemashite minna san....welcome to my site on my fave Japanese Pop Culture likes such as dramas, movies, magazine scans, promo events etc. Mainly concentrate on my faves...Keyakizaka46... Erina Mano... Nogizaka46!.... C-ute.... Lee Yeon-Hee!.... if you're a fan at all of any of them then you've come to the right place(!) but many others are featured here besides them. Do mainly quick reviews on things I've watched, try to make the reviews brief, quick to read through with not too many spoilers, just whether they're good or bad and why I thought so plus whether you may find them enjoyable. Many, many screenshots are included from everything I've watched plus any video trailers if they're available. Hope you find something that interests you, don't hesitate to comment, arigato gozaimasu!

Also these days(mid-2017) have many posts for Korean actresses, dramas and films that are worth checking out as over the years have become a much bigger fan of Korean dramas versus the ones from Japan.

Few tidbits.... have no idea why the background color constantly changes, think Blogger keeps doing it.
New item on the right is the 'Featured Post of the Day', will be putting some fabulous oldie posts which some of you may have missed the first time around, all will be at least one year old.

Masami Nagasawa: "Sing/Thing" anime movie premiere pics and a tad more....

Seems through three months there's been more events than ever for my faves, probably have been doing five posts a week for premieres, screenings, promo events and whatever. Nothing wrong with that as it's good to see them out and about as so many of them seemed to be on vacation at the same time though sadly none of them invited me along.
Haven't heard much from Masami these last two months as her stage play "Cabaret" is still on the road. It started on January 11th so would think it's coming close to the end of it's run, at a press conference for it on January 10th she once again made our jaw drop to the floor....

Pics for today's premiere are conservative to the Nth power but one thing Masami has been known for over the years are her appearances at events, she's been truly unbeatable at any event. These here are from the Golden Dragon film festival from 2012.

At the Cannes film festival in 2015(top two), she may have looked better at their 2014 festival(bottom two) but she has so many perfect pics it's hard to say one is better than the other.

But of course there are some that eclipse any others such as these from Masami at the June 2015 premiere of the "Umimachi Diary" film.

Masmai next regular movie is "Tsuioku", release date for it is on May 6th so we should see much more of her soon promoting the film. She also has two more movies coming out this year but not until the Autumn.
"Sing/Thing" is an anime film, Masami voices the character of Ash. It's also a musical film so perhaps Masami sings in it as she does in the "Cabaret" film, she plays the character of Sally. This event was held today, March 18th, at the Toho Cinemas in Scala. Masami does look too conservative though naturally perfect in my eyes, June 3rd will be the date for her 30th birthday! Doesn't seem so long ago we saw her as a teenager in "Touch" and "Dragon Zakura".

Masami has had four CM's come out this last month, one for today is from Kanebo. She's done so many for that company over the years, two pics from it's site plus some screenshots from the making of video and the new CM follows the pics.
