Welcome to my humble site....
Hajimemashite minna san....welcome to my site on my fave Japanese Pop Culture likes such as dramas, movies, magazine scans, promo events etc. Mainly concentrate on my faves...Erika Toda!... Yuko Oshima... Nogizaka46!.... C-ute.... Masami Nagasawa!.... if you're a fan at all of any of them then you've come to the right place(!) but many others are featured here besides them. Do mainly quick reviews on things I've watched, try to make the reviews brief, quick to read through with not too many spoilers, just whether they're good or bad and why I thought so plus whether you may find them enjoyable. Many, many screenshots are included from everything I've watched plus any video trailers if they're available. Hope you find something that interests you, don't hesitate to comment, arigato gozaimasu!
Few tidbits.... have no idea why the background color constantly changes, think Blogger keeps doing it.
New item on the right is the 'Featured Post of the Day', will be putting some fabulous oldie posts which some of you may have missed the first time around, all will be at least one year old.

Han Hyo-Joo: 52nd 'Baeksang Arts Awards' show from June 3rd- pics and video
Quite a few Hyo-Joo posts recently and for good reason as the list of women in the world who can top her is rapidly dwindling. Hopefully with all of these posts we've converted a few to become her fans, if pics like these don't sway you then no pic of any woman would work either.
As far as the recaps for Hyo-Joo's "W' drama go will be doing a pair of posts for them this weekend for episodes three and four. First two shows received ratings of 8.6% and then an increase to 9.5% for the second episode, looking forward to watching these next two shows.
On to the main topic which is this awards show which in the future may be renamed for you-know-who. The 'Baeksang Arts Awards' is an awards show honoring the best of Korean dramas and films for the prior year. Think it's one of the more prestigious shows as it's been around for 52 years now. Was just thinking, have watched a few older Korean films from the 60's and 70's which have been fairly good but wonder what the dramas were like back in those days?
But the real main topic is naturally Hyo-joo who looked rather elegant at the show, you could also use the adjectives stunning, breathless and really any other word meaning perfect. Sadly she didn't win any awards but quite a few names that you've heard of did. One again there was no category for best dressed as she would have won that hands down, this post is taking a while to type as my hands keep shaking glancing at these pics.
And these pics are surely a prime example of perfect and ones which should sway a few more to Hyo-Joo's side. After these pics, which should be viewed slowly so you can catch your breath, there's a video of the event, there's actually quite a few more of them on YT if you want to go viewing them though most aren't solo videos like the one below.
