Welcome to my humble site....

Hajimemashite minna san....welcome to my site on my fave Japanese Pop Culture likes such as dramas, movies, magazine scans, promo events etc. Mainly concentrate on my faves...Risa Watanabe... Kyoko Saito... Yui Kobayashi....Nana Owada.... Nene Shida.... if you're a fan at all of any of them then you've come to the right place(!) but many others are featured here besides them. Do mainly quick reviews on things I've watched, try to make the reviews brief, quick to read through with not too many spoilers, just whether they're good or bad and why I thought so plus whether you may find them enjoyable. Many, many screenshots are included from everything I've watched plus any video trailers if they're available. Hope you find something that interests you, don't hesitate to comment, arigato gozaimasu!

Nogizaka46: 2018 Magazine scans #12....

One reason for the huge drop off in magazine posts is that there are so many solo posts compared to years past, if there weren't those solo posts the total would be over forty. Someone made a comment two days ago about how fabulous Asuka looked in her photobook and how right they were. However the pics for the PB were shot close to two years ago and to me she looks so much better these days, that book was such a massive seller how come there hasn't been a second one?
First day sales for Nogi's 21st single "Jikochuu de Ikou!" were naturally impressive as the copies sold was a massive 774,000. What's going to be difficult to do is top the first week sales of the "Synchronicity" single which came out on April 25th. Those sales were 1.116 million sold which seems to be a number out of reach but then again their sales figures have been shocking us so much anything is possible.

Nothing else today except for a few new mag spreads but expect a few more solo posts this month. Had been planning on having a post for Asuka's b-day which is tomorrow but decided against it, she's well represented as she has at least one spread in all of the group posts. She leads us off with this large set from the August 22nd edition of Weekly Shonen.

The third generation member Minami has had two recent solo spreads, shame this set from WPB #34 isn't larger as she looks quite fabulous and at 170 cm she's Nogi's tallest member.

Been having many more Nogi posts recently so there isn't so many new things plus the group's blog site was down so couldn't get any new pics from the site. But do have one final spread in what must be one of Nogi's smallest posts ever. This last one is the best of the bunch as it features Mai from the September issue of Tokyo Calendar, she has her 26th b-day coming up on the twentieth. Nogi does have a newish fun CM for 7-Eleven out which you can view after the pics.
