Welcome to my humble site....

Hajimemashite minna san....welcome to my site on my fave Japanese Pop Culture likes such as dramas, movies, magazine scans, promo events etc. Mainly concentrate on my faves...Risa Watanabe... Kyoko Saito... Yui Kobayashi....Nana Owada.... Nene Shida.... if you're a fan at all of any of them then you've come to the right place(!) but many others are featured here besides them. Do mainly quick reviews on things I've watched, try to make the reviews brief, quick to read through with not too many spoilers, just whether they're good or bad and why I thought so plus whether you may find them enjoyable. Many, many screenshots are included from everything I've watched plus any video trailers if they're available. Hope you find something that interests you, don't hesitate to comment, arigato gozaimasu!

Rika Watanabe: 'Girls Awards' show pics and video from May 3rd....

Not to be confused with Risa who I did a post from the same event earlier today. Think I've learned more about Keyakizaki46 in the last week than I had in the previous year, did know their "Silent Majority" song but not much more than that.
Actually their members are a bit older than I thought, just about all of them are older than 18. The oldest member of the group is Rika, she'll be turning 22 this Tuesday so will have a couple of posts on that day for the occasion. The group has only been around for a little over a year so there aren't too many older things but have a feeling Rika posts will soon be common around here.

Won't be doing group posts but will be concentrating on individual members, there's one more from this show who I'll be posting about. Risa was one of the few Idols who took two strolls on the catwalk, there's an obvious reason for that as she does look so fabulous in these pics. After them is a short video of the event, all of the videos including the ones for Nogi were very short but at least Rika looks pretty darn good.
There's a few Keya fans here who have made some comments and thanks for them. Was curious about their two variety shows, are they entertaining and worth a view? Would think they're like Nogi shows but looking for a few new things to watch. The group also had a drama last year titled 'Tokuyama', is that show also worth watching?

  1. I would say their Nogizaka Under Construction equivalent, 'Keyakitte Kakenai' is a worth watch. I think it was Keyabingo 1 that is worth a check. Keyabingo 2 is aight, it's good here but then it's 'meh' there kinda thing. The drama is pretty good, leaves you with an unanswered question which keeps your eyes open on everyone. To me there's more memorable parts in it cause of the acting so i like it more than Hatsumori Bemars. But don't question the drama too much tho like why aren't the lights on or something haha
