Nao's top ten Faves for 2025: Position #7, the sizzling yet adorable.... Miku Tanaka

 

 

 Previous Positions: Didn't do official posts for the first two on the list, #10 was Iori and in the ninth spot was Yuzuha. Below are the links to the all of the other positions and getting tougher each year to get more women eligible but the quality for 2025 is as high as ever.

#8, Mai Shinuchi .... 

 Beginning this late on Wednesday afternoon, still feeling the affects of my illness which seemed to be a combination of the flu and an intense chest cold. The plan is to finish this by Friday and that should be easy enough to do but may hold this back one extra day as to have two positions in one day. That will bring us to the weekend and hopefully by then will be close to normal but when the weather is as brutal as it has been these illnesses tend to linger just a tad longer. There's really no difference in these fave's posts versus regular ones, just try to make them a bit larger with as many new photos as possible and for the first four positions that did work out well. EDIT: Worked at a record pace as this was set to go over a day earlier than planned plus I've almost completed two other posts!!!!

 While I was lying in bed for almost four days did think about the list here and there but not too often as the positions were mainly set. The only change was switching the women in the seventh and sixth spots, as you may have deduced Miku moved down one position. However it was close to being a three way tie as the woman in the fifth spot was barely ahead of Miku and the #6 woman who you may see a bit later on today. For the first half of the year or say until late June all had been extremely busy and the trio did appear they would be making a run at being this year's number one Queen. But such an oddity then happened as the activities for the three really decreased for the next four months and it was so strange how that seemed to happen at almost the same time. Miku had a dozen posts by the first week of July and then just three after that, she was my number one woman for 2024 and it looked like she had an excellent shot at retaining her crown but the lack of posts in the second half killed those chances.

 Miku's first ever post here was done in early October 2022 and as the saying goes the rest is history! No woman has had more posts than her since then and she's also had four consecutive years in the top ten. In order Miku's positions have been ninth, sixth, first and now seventh for an average of 5.75 and think only one other on this year's list can top that figure. Obviously I do like Miku so much as she was #1 in 2024 but will admit I have grown a bit weary at viewing her seemingly endless amount of gravure photos, not just the steamy ones for her but also a few other of my massive faves. Wonder if the same applies to you readers as the views for Miku's posts have been dropping for over a year here and the same goes for other women whose posts mainly consist of gravure mag spreads and books. Guess someone such as Miku is kind of trapped as her sizzling figure is what's made her popular yet she could be getting tired of gravure modeling which is why the second half of 2025 was so slow or at least for her it was. At first was worried there may not be enough new photos for a terrific post but that was needless worrying as Miku probably knew she would be on this list again and has given me some fabulous new pics to share with everyone today.

 

 Miku is still a very young woman as she won't be hitting the age of 25 until next September, no other woman is younger than 26. She's been one of the rare J-Pop Idols who has become more popular after graduating from her group. Which of course was HKT and it's now approaching two years since she left which was such a wise decision. Besides the gravure modeling Miku has also been busy as an actress, not a star yet but her roles are usually good sized ones. Think she also began to work with a clothing site a few weeks back doing regular modeling, none of those pics for today but hopefully in Miku's next post and this will be her final one for 2025. First up are some recent photos from her IG page but like so many other women I post about there has been a decrease in them this year as she tends to post more these days at her fan club site.

 Right above are two pics from the Mote Mote site, that's the line Miku will be doing some modeling for. This weekend she does have a live stream promoting her new attire and she does do a lot of other things though of course we know what her main activity is! Twice Miku has won an award for appearing on the most magazine covers in a year, she was on plenty of covers in 2025 but don't think there were enough to win yet another award. Miku's third solo calendar came out last month, on November 8th she held an event at the HMV bookstore in Tokyo to promote it and greet her fans, the event was sold out in a matter of minutes.

 Besides being the youngest on this year's list Miku is also the shortest has her height is just 151 cm. Been trying to stay away from having too many Christmas pics and that has worked out well. Until now that is and while with HKT Miku never had many monthly cards such as for December and those I had been including instead of X-Mas cards. But not for today and most of these were in the post done about this same time last year though four pics are new for here.

 Will end off with a quarter of magazine spreads, a pair are new and the other two are from this year and deserve an encore viewing. Such as this first set from the October 24th issue of Big Comic Superior and at the time it was just Miku's second regular spread in almost three months.

 The second encore magazine view is for this set from the March 12th edition of Young Gangan. It's good to have some of these spreads again for everyone and especially in these kinds of posts so you can see some reasons why a woman finished so high on the fave's list.

 Third magazine spread is from the December 19th-26th edition of Friday. It's a rarity as Miku wasn't the cover girl and also at this time of the year many magazines tend to combine their issues so you see a big dip in new mag spreads for December.

 Will end off with her first magazine spread for 2026 which is from the January 1st issue of Young Magazine. Up until this year Miku's spreads were by far larger than anyone else but they've decreased in size, she was the cover girl for this new set yet there were only seven other pages? There is a short video from the photo shoot after the pics, we need more Miku gravure videos as while she has too many dazzling mag spreads to count the amount of videos she has pales in comparison....
