Hajimemashite minna san....welcome to my site on my fave Japanese Pop Culture likes such as dramas, movies, magazine scans, promo events etc. Mainly concentrate on my faves...Risa Watanabe... Kyoko Saito... Yui Kobayashi....Nana Owada.... Nene Shida....if you're a fan at all of any of them then you've come to the rightplace(!) but many others are featured here besides them. Do mainly quick reviews on things I've watched, try to make the reviews brief, quick to read through with not too many spoilers, just whether they're good or bad and why I thought so plus whether you may find them enjoyable. Many, many screenshots are included from everything I've watched plus any video trailers if they're available. Not too large of a post but did want to end August on a high note and that did happen as there's been four posts in a little over a day. Those two above pics are from Yuki's first ever post which was done last October and you readers really have enjoyed that post as it has close to 2,000 views! It featured Yuki's first ever digital photobook which has become my #1 of all time and if you haven't viewed it highly recommend going back to check it out.
Those two above are also from the book. Overall this is Yuki's sixth post, fourth for 2023 so she does have a chance to qualify for the yearly faves list. It'll probably never happen but Yuki is the kind of woman who could end up being number one on that yearly faves list. She's a voice actress, regular actress, gravure model, singer plus is a motorcycle enthusiast but it seems like it could be impossible to have posts for her on a regular basis. Her last one was done five weeks ago, have close to forty new pics for today and wish there were more but that's plenty for a decent post.
Yuki will be turning 24 in November and I really like how she's not thin as a stick as some other newbie gravure models. In some good news last week the A and G Bridal Station site signed her up to be a model, so far just these four pics which are all super duper.
As mentioned Yuki is such an enthusiast about motorcycles and often appears at races. Seems she also has a monthly feature at the Bike News site, these pics are from a new article/interview that came out eight days ago and here's the link to it: Bike News site
Have some terrific pics from Yuki's IG page that have come out the past month. Many of the top ones and the bottom two are for her second photobook "Koishiki" that will be released on September 15th. There's going to be an event for it and am also hoping some mag spreads to promote it.
Besides that book Yuki will also have a digital book coming out a week earlier. The Friday magazine is publishing it and some promo pics for it from their September 8th issue.
Did say this wasn't a large post as we're already at the end. Will end off with an encore viewing of a Friday spread that was in Yuki's last post and was dated for August 4th, the magazine also published her first digital book that came out last October. The one major thing lacking is Yuki videos from any of her photo shoots as to date she has zero of them! However she does have so many biking videos, too many to count and have one after the pics where she looks so adorable and is from her YT channel.
Don't have anything planned nor am I working on another post but would like to have one more for today as to end August on somewhat of a good note. Didn't realize it until a few minutes ago but this is only the second Hina group post since June 13th though there have been plenty of solo posts for members. Don't know why there's been such huge gaps but think this weekend there's a good chance of having yet another post. In two days there will a 'Tokyo Girl Collection' show and five members will be appearing, So there may also be a couple of posts for my fave members along with a group one, will also try to do the same for Keya.
Am going to try and devote this post to the members you don't hear about too often and rarely if ever have solo posts. Mei led off and she's someone who has had a fair amount of posts but none for at least seven months. She'll begin off with some pics from the Hina site and also some that are promoting the group's Autumn tour, first pics are from August 23rd when she celebrated her 25th birthday and by the end of the year only one first generation member will be younger than 25.
More pics to promote the merchandise for their Autumn tour which is called 'Happy Train Tour'. That began yesterday in Osaka and there will be another show tonight, for now there will be four concerts in September and another four in October but more shows will be added. At the Hina site you can purchase tickets which go for at least 9800 yen or a little over $67. For this batch have the four third generation members who are Haruyo, Marie, Hinano and Mikuni.
Mikuni will be celebrating her next birthday at the end of September and wanted to have her first ever solo post then but odds are high it won't happen. Not enough mag spreads and zero event pics but by the end of the year will do something, few recent pics from the Hina group blog.
More Mikuni who is paired up with Mana in this way too small spread from the October issue of Entame, lately the new 4G members have had the majority of mag spreads.
In each issue of Friday the group has a small spread titled 'Hina-Satsu, these are from the last two issues dated for September 8th and 1st.
One solo spread that features Hinano as the cover girl for the August 9th issue of Weekly Shonen. She has the next photobook coming up and while I do like her there's other members who may have been more deserving of a book.
Sigh, yet more fraternizing with the enemy but we'll let it go this time as Minami happens to be a fave of mine.
Hina's tenth single "Am I Ready" came out five weeks ago but didn't seem as there was as much promoting of it as previous singles which is a huge reason for the big gap in group posts. Usually during the first week of a month the promo pics for the 'Uni's on Air' web game are released but that didn't happen until ten days ago and there's still many members without any pics at the site. Will have a few members for this post and hopefully for the next group post too. This batch begins off with Mei who has an extra four pics due to her birthday, she's followed by Shiho who I hope to have a post for within the week and ending off is Mana.
One final batch of game pics for this post and will begin off with the 2G member Akari. She's been having some health problems so won't be appearing at any of the tour concerts. She's followed by a pair of third generation members who are Haruyo and Mikuni, also have her July game pics as I can never get tired of looking at her!!!! Hina does have a second YT channel and have finally started uploading a lot of videos. One member who I like but never have a chance to post a lot of pics for is Ayaka, have her first and only solo video after this batch as she shows off her culinary skills.
