Akari Suda: Sigh, I just can never get tired of her.... the umpteenth encore post!!!!

 

 I could never, ever get tired of Akari 😍 but in a way glad I've slowed down on her posts. A slowdown for her is not nearly as long compared to other women and 25 days since her last post certainly hasn't made me climb the walls but I was awful close to doing so! As I've said a few times it's not always a positive doing many posts for someone in a short amount of time, in the case of Akari had been doing two posts a month from last August to this March. So with a slight slowdown on these have begun to appreciate her more than ever but the same can be said for her #1 rival!

 This makes it eleven posts to date for the 2026 'Nao Year' which began on December 1st, that's not a huge amount but Akari to date has more posts than anyone for the year. She also had the most in 2025 and fairly sure 2023 also but up until 2022 the posts for her had been so difficult and how much sobbing did I do about that years ago?! It's getting a bit hard to think of new things to say about Akari as she's had 75+ posts in the last four years so if you need to learn more about her check out those previous 103 posts as they definitely need more views! On Halloween Akari celebrates her birthday and this year she'll be hitting the age of 35(!) but to me looks better with each passing day! Akari's the oldest woman I do posts for on a consistent basis and most of my favorites are now thirty and older, the total is quite high and surprised more have never got hitched.

 For so long, over a year(?), Akari was my all time number one woman but she was passed about five months ago and the margin isn't too large. Unsure of when I will start the countdown for my third 'Top Twenty Faves of All Time' list, at first thought it would be in August but may wait until the following month. So though Akari is in the second position she certainly has what it takes to regain that honorary crown and posts such as this one will help her out immensely! Have about seventy new photos for today and most are truly fabulous, also have a few golden oldies and keep hoping one of these posts will finally improve Akari's popularity which still remains way too low....

 Have a little of a lot and I often start off Akari's posts with older SKE cards. Usually I've gone backwards from newest to oldest but think almost all of her cards from 2018-22 have been posted, there were so many fewer cards for those years. Below is a batch of June cards, some are new for here and some have been seen before but all get a grade of A++++ from me! You will notice that many cards are with raingear as June is the rainy season in Japan.

 No new magazine spreads for today and that's become way too common this year but that's often the case for women 30+ in age. This is no mag spread but an encore viewing of the first official SKE photobook that came out way back in February 2011 so it's truly an oldie! Over fifteen years and at the time Akari was 21 in age and will make no comment about how Nun do better than her....

 In February 2025 Akari released her second gravure photobook but the best thing about it was the nineteen minute DVD that came with the book. Up until then Akari had only one other gravure video and that too was so tremendous, this one for the book was somehow better! It's always baffled me why Akari's first gravure video wasn't until May 2024 as she must have had fifty magazine spreads before that. The screenshots below are from the "Pluie" photobook DVD and it's photos like these which may make her number one in my heart again, whew!!!!

 Akari's posts are the largest of any woman I post about and this could end up being her biggest of the year as there's still over sixty more photos for today! A few days ago Akari released another photobook but it's a travel book as she somehow had traveled to New Zealand without any of us noticing! Don't think there's any gravure pictures in it but that's okay as back in 2023 she had released an essay book and that proved to be so successful which led to her second gravure book. Most of the photo shoots took place in Christchurch on the country's southern island and Akari said her favorite part of the trip was visiting an ancient wine distillery.... she loves her spirits!

 "Akari no Aruhi" is the title of the book, the above five pics are promo ones for it. On June 20th Akari attended a mini event for it in her hometown of Nagoya or at least she's from the area and wish there had been more photos from it.

 The next day which was of course June 21st Akari traveled to Tokyo for another event and for that one there are plenty of overly perfect photos! Akari 😍 always looks like a few trillion yen to me but even more so at events such as this one and tends to appear at more in the Summer. At the event Akari said the publisher had given her the option of having the book set in New Zealand which is where she went or Paris, her being a lover of fine wines would have thought that would have been her choice.

 We've hit the end and after this final batch of pictures is a ten minute video of the above event and every second was so terrific! I often end off with many new photos from Akari's IG page and still think they deserve to be in some sort of book as they're always so stupendous! The bottom two are from an interview for the above book and wish there had been more of those, every photo is so terrific but that first one may be my favorite.
