Welcome to this Baka's blog on his fave Japanese Pop Culture interests.
Welcome to my humble site....
Hajimemashite minna san....welcome to my site on my fave Japanese Pop Culture likes such as dramas, movies, magazine scans, promo events etc. Mainly concentrate on my faves...Risa Watanabe... Kyoko Saito... Yui Kobayashi....Miyuki Watanabe.... Nene Shida.... if you're a fan at all of any of them then you've come to the right place(!) but many others are featured here besides them. Do mainly quick reviews on things I've watched, try to make the reviews brief, quick to read through with not too many spoilers, just whether they're good or bad and why I thought so plus whether you may find them enjoyable. Many, many screenshots are included from everything I've watched plus any video trailers if they're available. Hope you find something that interests you, don't hesitate to comment, arigato gozaimasu!

C-ute: More 2016 H!P cards
C-ute continues their streak of having a top five single as "Naze Hito wa Arasoun Darou" sold 59,500 copies it's first week to rank #2 on the charts. However the group continues their streak of having a single fall rapidly as it dropped to #29 in it's second week selling 2,350 copies. Looks like they just can't attract new fans, every single sells around that much in it's first week and it's probably the same group of people buying the single. So the remaining weeks are usually newer fans who heard the song on the radio or on some music show, don't know what they can do to attract a bigger following as they deserve to be so much popular as they keep putting out such superb singles.
C-ute does have more H!P cards than the other Hello Project groups but have noticed there's been a decrease of them this year. There are some fan cub events in June and that usually means a whole new batch of cards will be coming out. Most of these new ones are for the single, after the group pics in order we have Maimi, Saki, Airi, Chisako and Mai.
