.... but considering how long they were in AKB together it's very surprising how few pics have the two of them. They're mainly blog or concert pics as they've done very few mag spreads together. Would have been nice having them for the next pairs er, uh, foursome post but seeing as how that's not possible guess we'll have to live with this pair.
Here we are almost five full months into the year and this is only Yuki's second post for mag spreads. That first one only had two of them and sadly so does this post though at least the pics put the word breathtaking to shame. Perhaps I would have remained more of an AKB fan if Yuki or the other older members had more of a presence, they're not getting pushed out but seems as though the younger, not as talented and not nearly as stunning teen members get all of the attention these days.
Yuki will be starring in a play, think it's her first one, starting on July 25th at the Akasaka ACT Theater in Tokyo. The play is titled "New Majisuka Gakuen" and as you can tell by the name it's based upon the TV drama. First two season are worth a watch, season four was okay but the other two if you haven't seen them aren't nearly as good. Seeing as how the play isn't starting up for two months sure there will be more info coming out and will keep you updated.
On to Yuki's two new mag spreads, she's also for some strange reason only had two solo photobooks, isn't it time for another one or more? First set of pics is from Weekly Shonen #25.
Shame there's only the two new mag spreads as these are some stupendous pics, this set is from the current issue of EX-Taishu, bottom four are from the photo shoot. Yuki is also doing a few solo concerts, saw one on DVD from a few years back and it was quite entertaining though a bit short. There's a video after the pics with some concert highlights, kind of sounds like she's actually singing live which is a rarity for AKB members.
