Welcome to this Baka's blog on his fave Japanese Pop Culture interests.
Welcome to my humble site....
Hajimemashite minna san....welcome to my site on my fave Japanese Pop Culture likes such as dramas, movies, magazine scans, promo events etc. Mainly concentrate on my faves...Risa Watanabe... Kyoko Saito... Yui Kobayashi....Miyuki Watanabe.... Nene Shida.... if you're a fan at all of any of them then you've come to the right place(!) but many others are featured here besides them. Do mainly quick reviews on things I've watched, try to make the reviews brief, quick to read through with not too many spoilers, just whether they're good or bad and why I thought so plus whether you may find them enjoyable. Many, many screenshots are included from everything I've watched plus any video trailers if they're available. Hope you find something that interests you, don't hesitate to comment, arigato gozaimasu!

C-ute: The 'C-ute Singles series'- #21- "Crazy Kanzen na Otonoa"
Going a bit out of order on this series, this post should have been for single #22 "Kanashiki Amefuri". However there's not a whole lot out there for that single such as cards, promo pics and other things. So for now will put that tune on ice but will end up doing a post for it, it's kind of hard finding things for their older singles.
"Crazy Kanzen na Otono" though is an older single yet there could be more things for this single then any other one, could have done two posts for it. The single came out on April 3, 2013 and to date has remained near the top of my fave C-ute songs, think a lot of fans have the same opinion.
Single #21 at the time was their best seller as it sold over 47.000 copies in it's first week to finish in the third position on the Oricon charts, they still haven't had a #1 weekly single. But like all of their previous singles along with the ones that followed this sales really dropped off after that first week as it sold only 5,000 copies in the next four weeks.
The group will never have the sales that AKB or Nogi does but those sales are slowly increasing, the latest single sold over 59,000 copies it's first week out. Plenty of cards for this single, group ones are first followed by Maimi, Saki, Airi, Chisaki and Mai. That's the usual order I post their cards in, one is because that's the ranking of my faves but also noticed it goes from oldest to youngest.
There are a few mag spreads that went along with the single that haven't been posted here yet. Don't think there will be a second post for this single so what I'll probably end up doing is a post for their 2013 mag spreads as there aren't too many for that year here.
On April 3rd the group held a promo event for the single, they usually do that for their singles and have some pics here form that event. Also after the pics check out a sultry live version of the song.
