Kana was one of my favorite Nogi members and is close to being my top one from the first generation. However from 2014-20 Nogi was a large group and had some massive superstars so it was never easy to do solo posts for Kana and also some others. But the time 2024 rolled around she had a dozen solo posts and had plenty of photos in fourteen Nogi group posts so compared to others that's a decent amount of posts. But the Gods were smiling upon Kana in 2025 as she had eleven posts and all were so jam packed with tremendous pics, she had the top gravure photos of any woman(to me) last year. Kana was second on the yearly faves list and you viewers liked her a lot too as her posts drew the fourth highest amount of views. But deep in my mind had wondered was last year just a blip and will she go back to having 2-3 posts a year?

Too early to say whether things will be like they were but this is just her second post to date for the year. I'm not sure but think the Mahjong M League doesn't play in the Summer and that's when we may see Kana a bit busier, think that was also the case last year. I hope that happens this Summer and I was so glad that Kana could finally be a star here even if it was only for a year. Things often work out well for the better people, Kana was such a team player with Nogi and knew there were many more popular members and didn't mind not being in the spotlight too often. She was also such a respected member and would have made for a terrific captain. So here we are almost six years since her graduation and not many Nogi members have had as successful of a solo career as Kana has. Many of those other careers had such a strong start but petered out after a while, can think of only one other 2G member who has been busier the past three years.

I'm understanding the Japanese style of Mahjong much better and a viewer did help out with some sites to visit.
Kana has been a member of the professional M League for three years and above is her current stats for the 2025-26 season. Those I don't understand fully but to me it seems she's doing well and has made a jump in the standings compared to the prior season. First off are these recent photos from her IG page but she doesn't post enough of them not wearing her Mahjong uniform. The top four are from earlier today as
Kana was going to throw the first pitch out at the commemorative game for the
80th Japan Championship Keirin. The game was a Baseball one but the
Keirin is a bicycle race and a very popular one too that would have been held in Hiratsuka but the game was cancelled due to rain and unsure if she'll be there for the rescheduled game.
Speaking of Mahjong can't recall
Kana making an appearance on the
M League show which covers the sport but there is a photo of her on the show below. These too seem like they get along so well together and the pics are a rarity for I have very few of a pair together who were number one and two on the same yearly faves list which the pair were last year!
Exactly one year ago had a
Kana post which featured many Nogi monthly cards for April. Those were for the years of 2020-17 and today have the prior two years, there's 25 in all and back then Nogi did release so many more cards.
For today's digital book
Kana was the cover girl for the January 29th issue of
Young Magazine which was promoting it. She had quite a few covers last year and for now this has been
Kana's only magazine spread of the year.
"Flowers Blooming" is the title this
Young Magazine digital book and
Kana has certainly bloomed brightly the last few years. Books over the last year have been much smaller than they once were but this contains eighty overly sweltering photos. Will skip having any videos as the only recent ones have been for Mahjong,
Kana does have many gravure books and magazine spreads yet doesn't have any videos from those photo shoots.
