Miyuki Watanabe: Her eagerly awaited and extremely overdue "Dappi" photobook scans plus a tad more....

 

 It hasn't happened in a while but do have a severe case of the Blahs so if I'm not around tomorrow you know why but also want time to work on a hopefully stupendous post which can be published Saturday. This makes it two posts in a row that features Miyuki leading off but the much better thing about this post is that 100% of the photos will be of her perfection! She just had a post eleven days ago and think I may be able to do a regular post for Miyuki in May so the timing is excellent for her having few posts and those two above pics are from the "Dappi" photobook.

 But the two right above and also the pair below are from her third book that was released in August 2019, all four of her regular books are superb but that third is my top from her. Said above this is nice timing for more Miyuki posts for in less than four months the countdown for the third "Top Twenty Faves of All Time' list will commence. Have one every four years and the next would be in 2030, a lot can change in 48 months. To the surprise of many viewers Miyuki 😍 was in the third position on that last list and truly wasn't far away from being number one! Usually the women at the top will slide down on later lists and Miyuki will too but not that far so these recent posts and any others in the next few months can only help her. So I expect her to be in the fifth or sixth spot for that list and of all the women who had posts prior to 2016 she's one of only two women who still consistently still have posts. Wish Miyuki was over a hundred posts but that may never happen though least she's steady as far as posts go. After leaving NMB in August 2016 Miyuki couldn't work for a while due to breaking her contract a year early so only had one post in 2017. But in the last 8 1/2 years she's always had 4-6 posts and once had eight in a year. So once again will say I wish she had more posts but how many other women can say they've had at least 4-6 posts a year since 2018 and the answer to that would be just one other woman!

 Let's get to the meat of the post and before we get to the photobook have a few others things associated with it so there will be a total of 110 pics for the post. The book was released on September 19, 2023 which was Miyuki's 30th birthday and this year she'll be hitting the age of 33 but of course she's like fine wine! The day before the book's release there was an event for it and these pictures may be in my top five ever for event photos.... whew....

 There was only one mini magazine spread to promote the book which was in the September 12th issue of Flash. There's been so few Miyuki spreads since then for her and that's also been the case for many women I post about who are in their thirties.

 Have a few outtake pics from the photo shoot and four have never been posted here before. The setting of her fourth photobook was Cairns, Australia and that country has become the 'go to place' the last three years for photobooks.

 My original plan was to post the book in two weeks or May 1st. But obviously that changed and instead for that date will have a different book which I think is better and is from a current Keya46(Sakura) member, it's rare when I say anyone's photos top Miyuki! "Dappi" means shedding in Japanese but don't think Miyuki was referring to clothing. Miyuki has four regular photobooks and a special mini one that came out six years ago, all are tremendous but think I would have this fifth on the list. The pictures are all terrific but there's not enough of them, especially gravure pics and the book is kind of smallish at 82 photos. The hottest or best pics are as stupendous as any of her other perfect photos and just wish there had been more of them, a bigger wish is that I hope this is not her final book but how many others 33+ in age have gravure photobooks? Well, not many but an ex-SKE member that age did last year and so didn't a 31 year old ex-Nogi gal so anything is possible. There was no video from the photo shoot so as a bonus after the pics is a short promo video for Miyuki's first ever book which came out exactly eleven years before this one did and was titled "Milky".
