Not the first post for August as there is one below this but think most may prefer this post more and can't blame you, will call it the first post of the month for an ultra stunning women! And wonder if anyone else thinks that way about Minami 😍 who isn't my favorite member but to me is Nogi's sexiest gal of all time! That I've been saying for years and her second photobook made it clear to the also-rans that Minami she will repel all rivals! This is her 97th post so Minami will be hitting a hundred very soon and am trying to think when would be the best time. Can see her having three more this year so December is the most likely month to hit a hundred. However on January 6th Minami will be celebrating her 28th birthday so that would be the better day to have the milestone reached and still have time before that to make a decision. At one hitting a hundred posts for a Nogi member wasn't too memorable because there were so many group posts. But that hasn't been the case for Minami as almost all of her posts have been ones such as this and bet no past or present Nogi member has had as many solo posts as her since 2019..... well, perhaps one second generation gal who is right below.
It's now been nine weeks since
Minami left Nogi and at the time she was their third captain. Since then she hasn't been overly busy but least she hasn't done what too many other ex-Idols have done and taken a break that too often turned into many months and then they're forgotten about. For today have 35 photos from the past month, some Nogi cards that haven't been posted before plus two older magazine spreads that may have been never seen. One other thing will be forty pictures from
Minami's second photobook, that was so large decided it would be better to hold a few pics back. Since leaving Nogi
Minami has also started a fan club, is still modeling for the
Classy site, has been appearing on many variety shows plus is in a stage play that opened two days ago. So all in all
Minami has been busy enough but some aren't activities that I can have photos from but as long as I can keep doing posts for her on a semi-regular basis all is well with the world!
From 2019-21
Minami finished in the top ten three times on the yearly faves list but hasn't had six posts in a year since then. But this is her seventh already for 2026 so she will make the list once again, I'm hoping she'll be like three other Nogi graduates who have had more posts
after they left Nogi which has been rare for Idols. Did say
Minami 😍 wasn't my top member from the group but she is my favorite third generation member, if I had to do a list today of my top members she'd be about fourth and considering how many terrific members Nogi has had over the years that is an impressive position.
Have a little bit of many things for today and will begin off with these July photos from her IG page. There weren't many from June and do think
Minami took a week or so off which was deserved. The bottom pic is of
Minami's new stage play which is titled "Love Letters", the photo is from the Parco Theater and the play opened yesterday. The bridal pics are for a new
Bridal edition coming out any day and there aren't many who could top her as far as being brides go....
What's become much more popular the last few years is of actresses and ex-Idols opening up fan clubs, many seem to be very popular.
Minami jumped on the bandwagon as she opened up a fan club six weeks ago, of course it'll be a work of progress for a while but she has added some fabulous photos to the site which are below.
Below is a batch of Nogi August cards as I often have monthly ones for an Idol's old group. But August has the least amount of cards for any month and think that's because there's often Summer tour cards instead of monthly ones, the bottom few are for when Nogi had their tenth anniversary of becoming a group. That was in August 2011 but they didn't release their first single until the following February, am feeling old realizing how long I've been a Nogi fan....
No new magazine spreads for today and Minami had only a pair in her final two months as a Nogi member. Hope they're not going to stop as her spreads are so stupendous even though there's rarely any gravure photos in them. So have a two oldie but goldies spreads which may have been forgotten about with this first one being from the January 22, 2025 issue of Young Magazine, I think it's one of her top spreads she's ever done.
It being August will have the second spread for the month and this is from 2023.
Minami was the cover girl for
Entame and she has that honor for almost every magazine she appears in, this set may be even better than the above one!!!!
I'm hoping
Minami will continue to appear at those large fashion shows and seems many ex-Nogi members are at them.
Minami will stay on as a model for the
Classy site and her photos there are beyond fantastic, this is it for modeling photos from the past seven weeks but did say it seems she took a week or two off in June.
We've hit the end and on June 1st did the post for
Minami's second photobook "Toumei na Kakugo" which was released on February 3rd. At 180 pictures it was one of the largest books I've ever seen so in that previous post just had 140 of the photos, have the other forty below. The ones I held back were non-gravure pictures so added in some of the more sizzling ones which are the first ten pics, the top one is the cover. Of course every photo is superb but my favorite may be the second picture....
hmmmm, the one after is rather sweltering also(!).... though there's not one dud in the batch and what a shame it'll be if this is
Minami's final book and if so she did go out as a Winner! For the photo shoot
Minami traveled to the Italian cities of Milan, Florence and Cinque Terre. Sales were about 60,000 copies sold, her first book sold over 110,00 copies but books these days sell so fewer than they did five years ago plus I don't think it was promoted heavily enough. There's enough photos for this post so will skip having a video but have a different bonus. Which is the link to the June 1st post for
