Gulp.... Christmas is only 3 1/2 months away, wonder what I'll tell Santa if I'm asked "Have you been a good boy?".
Er, uh, to be honest may have to say someone has made me have a few impure thoughts on occasion.
On to somewhat more serious things, the main reason for this post is that the third "Ushijima the Loan Shark" film will be coming out on September 22nd. Mai will be in the film playing the character of Rina who is supposed to be some sort of Idol. Unsure how big her part will be but it's the first big time movie a Nogi member has appeared in. She's going to have some big shoes to fill as Yuko appeared in the first film which came out in 2012, like I said some big shoes(?) to fill.
However if there's one thing Mai relishes is a challenge!
On September 7th the main cast appeared at the first screening of the movie which was held at the TOHO Cinemas in Shinjuku. Should be a few more promo events for the film so will keep you posted on any of the news and will definitely have a post for the screening, of course we all know who stole the show at the screening.
As you may know Mai finished in the fifth position for my first ever 'Top Ten Fave Nogi Member' list. Did that post last Friday and haven't done one since as I'm changing the frequency of them. Was doing two posts a week, decided for the final four will do one a week which will bring us up to the end of this month and will do the next one either tomorrow or Friday.
Wish Mai could have finished higher, two years ago she would have but my final four has remained the same for many months now. Posted a few pics of Mai from Saturday's 'Tokyo Girls Collection' show but have many more of them here, actually Mai was #1 of all the members at the event as she looked better than ever. After these dazzling pics have a much too short video of Mai from the show, with all these new photobooks coming out doesn't she deserve another one?
