Ayano Sumida: Is here to save the day.... again....

 

 This Saturday is the first of two large Autumn 'Tokyo Girls Collection' shows, there's a third in October for 'Girls Award'. For this weekend's show there's about five who I often have posts for who will be appearing at the event so will be holding off on doing posts for any of them so I may end up taking a day or two off. Well, not two but think Friday may be a day without you seeing any new posts and that's mainly because every now and again I need a day to 'clean-up' or work on future posts without having to worry about publishing any that day. That's just a heads up if I'm not around for a day and that's often the case when I'm working on some of the things mentioned.

 This year will probably continue the streak of having less posts than the previous year but though there are less in a way you're seeing more photos, drama/movie reviews and other kinds of info as the posts have become larger than ever! Even with another decrease five women will set a personal record for most posts in a year, among them is Ayano as this is her ninth for 2026 and I can see her reaching fourteen for the year! Between now and November 30th which is when the 'Nao Year' ends she should have a post every other week, some will be to catch up with older things while there should be many new things appearing very soon. Think this is the first time Ayano has qualified for the yearly faves list but that doesn't mean a woman will have a spot, last year seventeen were eligible and the list contained ten women. This year twenty will be eligible so perhaps will increase the list to a dozen favorites, for a while didn't think Ayano could make the top twelve but she's been growing on me lately so it wouldn't surprise me if she ended up around the eighth position on the list.

 Those above two pictures are from Ayano's second regular photobook "Purity" which was released on February 26, 2025 and that was her 26th birthday. Ayano also has about seventy digital books(!) and those are the things I've been trying to play catch-up with, will end the post off with a huge book. In some fabulous news Ayano's third official photobook will be coming out on October 22nd and that news came out of nowhere! That will make four photobooks that will be released between October 10th and the 22nd that feature some of my bigger favorites so next month could be the best one of the year! Of the four Ayano will have the most posts as I expect her to have many magazine spreads, she has two events already lined up plus she has a pair of digital books that will be coming out soon. The news about the book was just announced a few days ago so the photos below are the only ones so far for the book, the top is one of the covers and that second picture has once again left me speechless....

 Ayano has been one of the most popular gravure models here since 2023 though her last four posts have drawn only a so-so amount of views but have a feeling future posts will once again be extremely popular because of the book. Once again will go back in the past for many pics Ayano has posted at her IG page for photo shoots, it's a mix of new photos which means you've seen a few of them in the past. Such as the first one but had to include that as it'll warm up any Winter day and starting to run out of superlatives for Ayano.

 Lot of pictures for today but it's going to be another post with just four sections which means one more after this. Which is a mini magazine spread of Ayano's from the March 9, 2024 issue of Weekly Gendai that was promoting today's digital book though that didn't come out for another three months. 

 On to the book which the Weekly Gendai magazine released on June 10, 2024 and is one of the larger digital books as it has 95 broiling photos of Ayano! Will do another post or two that feature some of her older sets like this one but I won't be posting all of those books and her next few posts should mainly be having newish photos. There was no video from this photo shoot so after the huge book have a promo video for Ayano's second photobook, she hasn't had any new ones for over a month.
