Maria Makino: Another edition of..... 𝙒𝙝𝙤 𝙗𝙚𝙩𝙩𝙚𝙧 𝙩𝙤 𝙚𝙣𝙙 𝙖 𝙢𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙝 𝙤𝙛𝙛 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝?!!!!

 

 

 Guess the answer to the post's heading is easy enough to answer though I would say two are tied with being number one in that category, think the other will have the first post of November. Hadn't realized until today that Maria had another post for October which was done on the 4th, it may mean that I can't get enough of her and in that category Maria 😍 may top all other women here. However because of her slowish start to 2026 Maria won't be my number one Queen of the year but as of now think she'll end up in the second position, unlike most Hello Project members she's remained in the spotlight after graduating and it's now been four months since she left Morning Musume. But even so Maria did appear on their latest single that came out on September 26th, the group's singles these days aren't classics yet to me they're still the best of any J-Pop group though Keya is a close second.

 This year will be Maria's second time making the fave's list, thinking it should have been three as she may have been deserving in 2022. At one time it was very common for a Hello Project member to appear on the yearly faves list but she's the only one since 2020 to do so. Twice a C-ute member has been number one, an Up Up Girls gal was second and third in back to back years, another Morning Musume member has made it twice but both times were in the teens, two other H!P members have made the list. I still think their groups have always put out the best songs and as mentioned still do to this day, posts for H!P members may not get as many views as ones for Nogi gals but those H!P posts are more popular than most done for Keya, Hina and most '48' groups.

 But one member isn't nearly as popular as she once was and that's Maria, this is her eleventh post for 2026 which is her all time high. That first post of the year has over a thousand views but no other has over eight hundred, that's a dip compared to Maria's posts for the prior three years. Sure those other 2026 posts will eventually get close to a thousand or top that number but can't understand why they're currently not getting more views as all for the year have been stupendous!

 Did say currently Maria would probably be second on this year's faves list, there's only one woman who could surpass her but time is running out. It sure is for 2026 has only two more months to go and every year seems to pass quicker than the previous one. While Maria's fan base seems to have decreased a bit here she still has many of them and as usual this post will be like the the others for the year as it's packed with many tremendous new photos and also a few oldies which may have been forgotten about. In Maria's last post had some photos from an event that were the top ones of the year, at the time said I wish she would appear at more of them. Someone above must have heard my plea as the post will end off with another set of fabulous event photos, guess my only small beef is that I wish Maria wasn't appearing on so many variety shows. But I have watched two recent shows she appeared on which were semi entertaining and they do keep Maria fresh in the mind of everyone so if that's the reason for so many variety show appearances at least it's been successful.

 

 Halloween is tomorrow but that doesn't seem to be one of Maria's favorite days of the year, below are really it for solo photos for the day. It got me wondering if we'll ever see Maria start to act again, she did appear in some stage plays years ago but there's been no recent acting. At one time, say 2011-15, Hello Project released many horror films starring their members, I've reviewed at least three of them which were all solid and I miss watching corny Idol movies such as those.

 It's only been four months since Maria's departure from Morning Musume so her solo career is still a work in progress. Below are her only recent pics from the H!P IG page but don't think she's officially opened her own page nor one on Twitter and what would really boost her career is opening a Fan Club which are so popular these days. The top two are from the event that will end the post, the fourth is from the "Love It" show and Maria has been a reporter for them since 2022. She appears on one show a week and one of the variety shows I mentioned earlier was "Koitakoi", Maria has been a regular on that show since August 8th so maybe in her next post will have some screenshots from her latest show.

 There weren't many new IG pictures above so will go back to 2023 and have this batch from Maria's 😍 photo shoots, not a huge amount as I've already posted many from that year. But do have many from 2022 that haven't been seen here and in the future will also have her non-gravure blog/IG pictures from those two years that hadn't been posted.

 Maria's twelfth and final photobook as a Morning Musume member was released on June 24th, that was also the date of her graduation. Hope it's not wishful thinking but bet we'll be seeing a few more books in the future as Maria still has a large fan base in Japan and looks more PERFECT than ever. Shame that H!P monthly digital book series ended as that would have been ideal for Maria to continue having gravure photos but she still could have digital books with a magazine. Maria's books have always come with a DVD from the photo shoot, below are screenshots from the 51 minute DVD that came with the book simply titled "Makino Maria". Very few things can top Maria's 😍 gravure videos and this is the third batch of screenshots from the DVD, will have two more in the future. Usually the segments are about five minutes long so you see her dressed in a few sizzling outfits or bathing suits but the pics below are from a segment that lasted over ten minutes, can't complain as Maria 😍 was once again Hotter than the Sun, whewwww!!!!

 No new magazine spreads for today but for her next post hope to have Maria's new set for UTB. Speaking of them have this ultra dazzling spread from their December 2023 issue, to me it's close to being her best mag spread ever and though it's been posted before how can one get tired of such perfect photos? A sane human being can't and this spread is kind of a tie-in with the next batch of photos that will end off the post.

 

 To end off the post have some overly outstanding photos of Maria from an October 23rd event. It was to help the UTB(Up to Boy) magazine celebrate its 40th anniversary, Maria will be the cover girl for that special issue. The event was also to honor Maria as for the 18th time she'll be their cover girl which is a record, seven have been solo and eleven with other members of Morning Musume. The first four pics below are from the magazine's site and as you can see the beyond perfect Maria 😍 will have some swimsuit photos which we all hope are the start of many more spreads in that vein. After the photos is a video from part of the event and there should be a video coming out soon from the photo shoot.... no women can top Maria's 😍 scorching gravure videos and my cold water bill is proof of that!!!!
