Manami Higa: Doctors 2 drama episode's 4-6 subbed screenshots
Manami's character Sachi during these middle episodes was sort of the "henchman" for Sagara's attempt to take over the directorship of the hospital, she would go around and subtly attempt to recruit some of the staff to back him up. Her character though in these middle episodes wasn't as huge of a part as she's had in most of this series, these episodes mainly concentrated on Sagara's attempt to be the hospital director though eventually he revealed he wasn't trying to get that position but by making others think he was the entire quality of the hospital would improve and his strategy did work.
