Another long episode, hope they're not all like that as this was an okay watch but the extra 10+ minutes sort of dragged it down, they were a bit boring and was just hoping the episode would finish.
Sota has finally opened his Chocolate shop after those 7 years of training in France and it starts off by being a huge success. However Sota can't can't over his feelings for Saeko who got married at the end of episode 1, he thinks do I still hope that I'll eventually end up with her or is it time to move on? No true answer to that but he still can't shake his feelings for her, he thinks that perhaps he needs to be a bit more of a 'bad guy' towards her and starts acting that whenever she came into the shop but that ended up being the wrong maneuver.

Wrong as Saeko thinks Sota no longer has any feelings for her and she eventually stops going to the shop, that was the wrong way to try to win her heart, now what's he going to do? Still no answers for what his next steps will be but we learn that Saeko does have intense feelings for Sota but has never really shown ii in front of him, his acting like a bad guy to her really depressed her though he didn't know that, yet.
Also a rival Chocolate shop has opened in the area, one that is very famous and has many other shops, they're quite successful and start drawing customers away from Sota's shop. He attempts to create some new and original chocolate creations but so far has failed at making one that will bring the customers back in, it's still drawing a good amount of people but how long will that continue with his new rival in the area? And to top it off his rival, Rokudo, has invited Sota and the staff to his shop to help him celebrate his birthday.

Sota has a great time at the party, perhaps too good of a time as he hits it off with Rokudo's part time girlfriend Erena. After the party he ends up at her apartment, he knew it wasn't a good idea but still went and somehow ended up spending the night with her! The two of them do really seem compatible but Sota knows he's made a huge mistake, now he's really torn about what to do, are they going to continue to see each other or will his never ending love for Saeko prevent that? That scene between the two of them spending the night is what dragged this episode down a bit, think it was close to 20 minutes which was way too long, it really brought us to the end of the show.

Of course we know that eventually Sota and Saeko will end up being with each other just a question of how that's going to happen. Besides the night he spent with Erena Sota's coworker Kaoruko also has some deep feelings for him, others know about it but not Sota yet, sure that's eventually going to be a part of the storyline. Like I said an okay episode but just too long, hoping the rest of the shows aren't extra long like this one or if they are don't have scenes that stretch out for close to 20 minutes. Will be back next week with a recap for the next episode and the next post has many more screenshots from this show.
