Hajimemashite minna san....welcome to my site on my fave Japanese Pop Culture likes such as dramas, movies, magazine scans, promo events etc. Mainly concentrate on my faves...Risa Watanabe... Kyoko Saito... Yui Kobayashi....Nana Owada.... Nene Shida.... if you're a fan at all of any of them then you've come to the right place(!) but many others are featured here besides them. Do mainly quick reviews on things I've watched, try to make the reviews brief, quick to read through with not too many spoilers, just whether they're good or bad and why I thought so plus whether you may find them enjoyable. Many, many screenshots are included from everything I've watched plus any video trailers if they're available. Hope you find something that interests you, don't hesitate to comment, arigato gozaimasu!

Nogizaka46: "Nogizakatte, Doko?" episode #106 screenshots

In case you haven't heard the news the group's 11th single "Inochi wa Utsukushii" sold a bit over 500,000 copies it's first week out to place #1 on the Oricon charts, it was also the highest first week's sales for any of their singles, now the number to top is 616,000 which is what their 10th single sold.
This 'Doko' episode is a bit old but just got subbed last week, there's really been no order to the subbing as the previous episodes that were subbed were in the 130's. Can't complain as there's not many of these shows subbed so it's always a nice surprise when they get done and this episode was done by Ikoma Subs.
Not a weak episode but most of the others I've viewed have been a bit better or at least more interesting. The group, 16 members, had to complete 5 challenges to win various prizes, however if they couldn't complete at least three of them then they would have some special punishment awaiting them, lucky for them they were able to succeed in three of the five challenges. However the first two rounds they won at they sort of got help from their hosts as they actually failed them which were given an opportunity to do them again, show would have ended too soon if they failed so quickly.  The challenges they completed was a round of Shiritori, a memory game and the last one was to hold your breath under water for 400 seconds. If every member could hold their breath for 25 seconds then they would clear the round but it only took ten members as three of them were able to last for over a minute. Their prize for completing three rounds was a 100,000 yen certificate at a restaurant.
