Looking a tad surprised at the attention, bet most only remember it's someone else's b-day on the 20th and forgot all about Marika. Not here though do admit I don't do enough posting about her as I'd like, then again there never is that many things to post about her compared to the immensely popular members. Marika just missed making my top ten fave Nogi list last year, probably finished 11th or 12th but will try to squeeze her in this year.
That was from last year, so far Marika hasn't updated her blog today with any b-day pics. The group though performed the first of their three 5th Birthday concerts today so she may not have had time, wonder if they had a mini party for her today or because of the graduation it'll have to wait until tomorrow? Marika used to be the best at keeping her Nogi blog updated but has slipped the last few weeks,so far these are the only pics she's posted for the month.
Have a little of many Marika things today, if you're a fan you'll certainly enjoy this post, wondering if she does have any fans out there. I've always thought she's one of the more interesting members, really has such a wry sense of humor and has a bit of a dark, quirky personality. Also you rarely see her smile which to me is one of her charms though we do have some rare pics of her doing that. Here's some New Years cards that haven't been posted plus went way back in time for some older cards for December 2014 and January 2015.
As mentioned have a little of many things, keep forgetting to post these pics from the group's "Sorezore no Isu" album for all of the members but may now get around to it.
For Marika's b-day post last year had many pics from the Natalie 'Power Push' series, she was one of the few members do have two pictorials so these are from that second batch.
Marika never appears in nearly as many mag spreads as the more popular members but that puts her in the same class as 90% of the members then. Have a two oldies to share, sure they've been posted and the first set is from the December 2015 issue of UTB.
Marika does appear in a good amount of mag spreads but the majority are with other members, her solo sets are usually better than A-OK such as this one from Young Jump #14 for 2015.
Not many Nogi members can say they've had the lead in a movie, Marika is one who can say she has! That film was 'Eyes" and it was released on June 6th, 2015. Have the movie but have just skimmed through it, still holding out hope for subs. Pics here are from the films premiere and after them is a short Marika interview for the film.
