Welcome to this Baka's blog on his fave Japanese Pop Culture interests.
Welcome to my humble site....
Hajimemashite minna san....welcome to my site on my fave Japanese Pop Culture likes such as dramas, movies, magazine scans, promo events etc. Mainly concentrate on my faves...Risa Watanabe... Kyoko Saito... Yui Kobayashi....Miyuki Watanabe.... Nene Shida.... if you're a fan at all of any of them then you've come to the right place(!) but many others are featured here besides them. Do mainly quick reviews on things I've watched, try to make the reviews brief, quick to read through with not too many spoilers, just whether they're good or bad and why I thought so plus whether you may find them enjoyable. Many, many screenshots are included from everything I've watched plus any video trailers if they're available. Hope you find something that interests you, don't hesitate to comment, arigato gozaimasu!

Nogizaka46: A little of this and that for 2017 #33....
Those are two pics from Friday's concert in Sendai. At the performance they sang for the first time "Itsuka dekiru kara kyou dekiru" which is the theme song for the "Asahinagu" film which is coming out on September 22nd. It's not on the new single so wonder how it's going to be released, perhaps there will be a soundtrack album or you can buy it at the cinema?
The tour will be continuing this week as Nogi moves on to Osaka and Aichi, not much else new besides that but doing concerts keeps the members busy enough. Few mag spreads for today though there are more but don't want to post them or at least not yet. The missing ones are all for the third generation members and while I don't dislike any of them kind of getting tired of this huge push for them which is going slightly overboard.
They've been in more mags then even the first generation members lately but I'm kind of disappointed about not seeing more of the Undergirls, they're the ones who deserve the push. Know a lot of fans also enjoy the Undergirl members who have a lot of popular gals these days such as Himeka, Hinako and Yuuri. There is a third generation member in this first set who is Yuuki and she's joined by Nanase whose mag appearances are a member's that haven't decreased, this set is from the August 23rd Weekly Shonen.
One first generation member whose mag spreads have actually increased lately is Kazumi and that's a good thing as she's been looking better than ever lately but then again she's always looked A++++. Final set for today is from the July edition of BLT Graph.
Had caught up with all of Nanase's pics from the Non-no Instagram site but a few more have been added the last couple days.
Some weeks ago posted many insert pics from the group's "Nigemizu" single but here are more as it was released in many versions. Not positive of what the sales were for the single but it did do fairly well and will have the exact number sold in Nogi's next post. These are part one of the pics and feature the Senbatsu members.
Names are on the pics but hopefully all fans know their faces these days just by a quick glance at a pic. Set here are for the Undergirls and mentioned that they may have an album coming out. That would be a fantastic thing to see as the Undergirls really deserve it as the members are so likable plus they do put on a really fun show at concerts, perhaps better than the Senbatsus.
Not many blog entries lately as the members have been too busy at their concerts but here's some group pics from the last few days which are from their Sendai shows.

UNDERGIRLS! yep, i'm with ya there. Undergirls are the best at makin a laugh. I'll just add another '+' to those Kazumi's shots. Yuuki apparently has a PB comin out(i still want that Shinuchi PB...also kinda want an Ami one too), i think they should've waited couple years tho. There's bound to be a bikini shot which idk she still looks like a lil girl right now, it'll be like Asuka's PB with the bikini shot, not really an A+ IMO.
ReplyDeleteKnew about Yuuki's photobbook but wasn't going to talk about it, perhaps not even when it's released. It's right about waiting, she's 17 which is a bit young for a PB plus she doesn't strike me as a 'sexy Idol'.
ReplyDeleteWith her graduation coming up, thinking November(?), it's Himeka who deserves a book! That would be one so many of us would like to see, though she's been kind of absent for so long this year bet she's still among the most popular members and she has been there since day one. Asuka has also been there since the beginning, can't say her PB was all that dazzling but think she deserved having a book.
