Many, many screenshots are included from everything I've watched plus any video trailers if they're available. Nao Kanzaki: Nao's 'Top Twenty of All Time Faves' list.... #14!!!!
Have mentioned that every one of the top twenty posts will be quite good though some will be much better than others. One reason is because of recent activities or things that hadn't been posted before so there will be a few like this one that mainly consists of 'greatest hits pics' or other repeats. However think this one will turn out fairly well and hope the others will too, that above bottom pic is one enshrined in Nao's Hall of Fame.
In the post for my #19 fave said there were three big disappointments on the list, though all made my top twenty all should have made the top ten yet none did. My biggest disappointment may be Saki and she truthfully was someone four years ago who may have finished thirteen spots higher. Sadly she's been so absent from the scene the past 3+ years, she's still active but she's mainly doing under the radar activities. Because of that Saki suffered such a huge drop, don't know how many remember but did have a blog for her which was becoming somewhat popular. However there were very few new happenings to post about so discontinued it 2 1/2 years ago.
Saki appears to be a conservative gal which is fine by me as I prefer that type. But don't really think she's an ultra conservative female as she has had a few jaw-dropping pics over the years but none for such a long time. To me Saki should have played up her vampiness so much more, she has such an underrated figure and I know many old time fans realize that fact.
What first got me into Saki was the 2010 'Tokyo Jewelry Awards' show, I was totally awe struck when I saw the pics. Would place these #1 for any woman appearing at an event, that's why I was saying she should have played up her seductiveness so much more. She'll be turning 28 in three weeks so there's still time for her to change her image though don't know if she wants to but then again why be an entertainer if you didn't want to become popular?
Saki hasn't been exactly quiet the past four years as she's appeared in so many stage plays and think she's become a respected actress among the others in the troupes. Many of them have been musicals as Saki has an excellent voice, she did put out many enjoyable pop songs up until 2010 but sadly none since then. Hardly any new pics for today but she does keep her Instagram site updated with many pics and these are all somewhat recent with that bottom pic having a rating of an A++++!
Saki has probably appeared in more dramas, films and plays with other gals in the top twenty than anyone else. These are a few pics with them and there are two others who could have been added on. The first batch is with you-know-who, many might not know it but the pair are very close friends and have shared so many pics of them together on their blogs. Can't remember but think I may have done a 'pairs post' with the unbeatable duo. Wish that was my hand in that first pic with Saya(?).....
The Saki series I really want to view is "Maid Deka" which never was subbed and is impossible to find these days. Did locate two episodes and what a fun series it seemed to be, it was a late night show which drew some impressive ratings. She sang the theme song "Ashita e no Hikari" which was her biggest hit reaching #19 on the charts and will have the song at the bottom of the post. First two screenshots were from episode five and did she make my jaw drop..........
Not a ton of new things which is such a shame, if there were bet Saki would have been so, so much higher on the list. Still look weekly for new happenings so let's keep our fingers crossed she's reading this post and says it's time to start being as hyper busy as she once was. Will end off with some fabulous pics plus after them check out the "Ashita e no Hikari" tune.
