Welcome to my humble site....
Hajimemashite minna san....welcome to my site on my fave Japanese Pop Culture likes such as dramas, movies, magazine scans, promo events etc. Mainly concentrate on my faves...Risa Watanabe... Kyoko Saito... Yui Kobayashi....Miyuki Watanabe.... Nene Shida.... if you're a fan at all of any of them then you've come to the right place(!) but many others are featured here besides them. Do mainly quick reviews on things I've watched, try to make the reviews brief, quick to read through with not too many spoilers, just whether they're good or bad and why I thought so plus whether you may find them enjoyable. Many, many screenshots are included from everything I've watched plus any video trailers if they're available. Hope you find something that interests you, don't hesitate to comment, arigato gozaimasu!

Erika Sawajiri: A mega blast from the past!!!!
Erika has taken a bit of a bad rap for her antics many years ago but she's always been an immense fave of mine. I think she looks so fabulous, however will admit I forget about her too much which is why she only has ten posts. Then again she doesn't do a lot of activities that make for interesting posts but now that she's back in my mind will see if there's any older things that have been overlooked such as some photobooks or such. Have posted a few of Erika's older photobooks when she was twenty or so and they were quite popular, know I haven't posted all of them. But for today have mainly new things as Erika really is looking so super duper, will end off the post with a new mag spread which is her best one in many years and perhaps her top one ever.
To me Erika is a solid actress, have only seen her in two dramas but have viewed seven of her films. She's naturally known most for "Helter Skelter" which came out in 2012, to me it's the worst of her movies but at least her top never stayed on for too long! My fave film from her is "The Mamiya Brothers" from 2006, one that deserves to be checked out. After 'HS' she appeared in only one until 2018 but has a new film that came out today, more info on it later on. Erika still does a lot of modeling, she was an exclusive model for Maquia but left them at the beginning of the year.
But she's still a model for Voce and these are recent pics from their site. Erika turned 33 back in April but to me looks better than ever and perhaps it's my tastes these days but seems most of my long time faves look better once they hit thirty.
Title of Erika's new film is "No Longer Human" which was released yesterday. She's done many interviews for it and these dazzling pics are from 'The TV.jp' site.
Another solid Erika film was "Ghost Train which also came out in 2006. Her co-star in that movie was Shun who most drama and movie fans should know, he's the star of the new film which appears to be a bit of a suspenseful love story. The film was released on September 13th but the premiere was held today at the Marunouchi Piccadilly with most of the main cast and doesn't Erika look amazing!
On to the mag spread that was mentioned above which is possibly her best one ever. Erika is the cover girl for the September 26th issue of Young Jump and what a breathtaking set of pics it is, even though she's 33 wouldn't we all love to see a PB from her? No video of the photo shoot so have a new CM following the pics for Indeed, main reason for it is that it features an even bigger fave of mine.
