This is Asuka's 148th post but obviously very few have been solo ones. She actually could have had many more but for so long had all her pics in group posts. What's kind of amazing is that I didn't post pics of her until Asuka turned eighteen which was three years ago, over that stretch of time she just may be Nogi's busiest member. However it seems most fans here haven't taken a liking to her here as none of her posts ever hit the top ten for being the most viewed. While in Japan she could be Nogi's most popular member here she wouldn't crack the top five.
Lot of new pics for today but surprisingly none are mag spreads. The past two years Asuka has appeared on more mag covers than any other Idol, she still does appear on many covers but seems to have slowed down this year with mag spreads but is still just as busy as ever. She's now an exclusive model for Non-no and think she's the only Nogi member to be one, last post had her spread for their October issue. These are all new pics from their site.
Asuka has also been an exclusive model for the GRL clothing line and these are all brand new too for their Autumn collection.
Have some recent Nogi cards which i'm sure have never been posted before. Bottom three are for their "Sing Out" single and Asuka was the center for it.
In three weeks Asuka will be appearing at the Autumn 'Girls Award' fashion show and she must appear at over ten per year.
But what I'm most pleased about is that her best mate will be there after going about two years with appearing at any shows.
On October 12th Nogi has a new variety show starting called 'Nogizaka46: World Tour' and it's a show I'll be checking out as long as it concentrates on first or second generation members. Looks like the theme will be of a member traveling to a different country, Asuka has hosted the English learning show 'Harry's English Class' for a few years now so will she be making a trip to America?
You will notice her tongue inching out in the bottom pic which happens often....
.... such as at yesterday's 'Tokyo Girls Collection' show that was held at the Saitama Super Arena. Asuka does look so much better at these shows versus mag spreads, actually that's usually the case with her at most events. She took a pair of strolls on the catwalk, one was for the WEGO brand while the second stroll was on the 'R4G' stage. There's no good video of the event on YT but after the pics have a new CM for Mouse computers which came out today.
