The next preliminary post for my 'Top twenty faves of 2019' will be coming up in about three weeks, will have one more after that with the countdown starting in late November. On the first two posts Mai finished in the 15th and 13th positions, nothing wrong with those spots. But have been wondering why I never seem to have her higher on any of my lists so would think for that next post she'll crack the top ten and thinking about the eighth spot.
Seems most Mai fans don't care that she seldom does gravure spreads these days as her posts still are among the most popular ones here. Her last post which was done two weeks ago has been the #1 most viewed post for the past month two days after it was done and has held that position since, guess if any post was to knock that from the top spot it would be this one. That's because if you're a Mai fan this will be one of her best posts of the year and perhaps biggest one too. Didn't do an exact count but bet there's over eighty new pics for today and maybe even close to a hundred.
Luckily there's been no graduation rumors which means Nogi will still be having her as a member for a while, figure until at least next February. Mai has a huge role in a film coming out next Spring so to be honest wouldn't think she'd graduate until after the movie was released, hopefully I'm right with that prediction but am usually wrong. So perhaps we'll have another year of her which would bring us to her next birthday which takes place on August 20th, she'll be turning 28 next year. Speaking of birthdays have some cards for the occasion along with many others that have never been posted here yet.
Nogi has a new variety show starting on October 12th called "Nogizaka46: World Tour" which appears to be an interesting show. A Nogi member(s) will be traveling to different countries and hopefully Mai will be one of those gals. On September 5th there was a press conference to announce the show, also in attendance were five other members.
She also did an interview with Oricon for the show along with a few other members. As mentioned it's a travel show hence she has a suitcase.

Mai has usually been one of the busier idols and perhaps there was none that did as many activities as she did from 2013 to 2018. But she really slowed down the first half of this year as I think she only had one post in a four month stretch. But that's certainly changed as this is her third post in a little over a month and aren't we happy to see more of Mai. Today the Autumn 'Tokyo Girls Collection' show took place at the Saitama Super Arena which holds close to 35,000 people for these events. She took two strolls on the catwalk, first was a walk on the Murua stage while her second stroll was for Royal Party which is a clothing company but she's never done any work for them yet. So far there's no solo video of her at the show so have a different TGC video after the pics from April and to be honest she looks much better in this one.
