Mion Mukaichi: Bet you thought her name would never be mentioned here!!!!!!!

 

 Can't blame you for thinking that way as I didn't think we'd ever see another post for her! Did one intro post way back in 2018 and that's been very popular as it's received almost 2,500 views so far. But that was sadly a one and done deal which bummed me out as Mion is one AKB member who I have liked over the years. But after 2018 the magazine spreads dried up plus she never had a photobook and rarely attended events so even though I had tried doing a post here and there for her is was impossible.

 Mion is the third general manager of the '48' groups and wonder if that had something to do with the slow down in her outside activities? Perhaps so as she did assume that position in 2019 and she's also remained the captain of AKB's Team A. So while it may not be possible to have many future posts for Mion will certainly try and would think there will be one for her first photobook. Mion is now 25 in age and hit that figure back in January, June marked her tenth anniversary as an AKB member and at 150 cm she is a bit on the short side though AKB has rarely had many tall members.

 At 82 photos this is a large post and as mentioned really hope I can squeeze a few more in for her in the future. Let's begin off with some 2023 IG photos but she does not post all that many of them.

 Hope to have a post for her good mate Yui really soon and I really, really like her and so don't many of you viewers as her posts have become quite popular.

 Yesterday Mion released her first photobook which is titled "Munasawagi", did read she had wanted to have a book two years ago but a certain incident prevented that from happening. Okinawa was one of the three locations for the photo shoot and here's some promo pics for it.

 Shame there's never any videos or DVDs of the photo shoots for the members of '46' or '48' groups. Mion did host 'Showroom' to plug the book but will skip it as the show was over two hours long. Do have a pair of new mag spreads that promoted Mion's book, this is from the July 17th issue of WPB.

 This terrific second set is from the July 4th issue of Flash, it's the first time Mion has had a solo magazine cover since 2017!

 Will end off with some super duper pics from an event that was held on July 17th for the book that came out three days later. Know some of the pics from Mion's photobook make your eyes bugger out but to me I think the way she looked at the event was even better than those pics, doesn't she look so irresistible?!
