Yui Kobayashi: An encore version of.... '𝑩𝒆𝒄𝒂𝒖𝒔𝒆 𝑰 𝒄𝒂𝒏 𝒏𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒓 𝒈𝒆𝒕 𝒕𝒊𝒓𝒆𝒅 𝒐𝒇 𝒉𝒆𝒓' post....

 

 Been a while since I've had one of these kinds of posts where I get a sudden urge to do one for a massive fave and where nothing will stop me! It wasn't a sudden yen to have this post but said to myself before any others are done first have to do one for Yui 😍 even though she's somehow become the second least popular woman I post about!!!! Oh well, that's never stopped my from posting about someone and her posts are usually the largest of anyone, today's is rather large but wish there were more new photos. But being unpopular means many of you have never seen Yui's older pics or had forgotten about them so this post will fix that!!!! The last couple months have often been saying so and so is the hottest to me, these gals deserve a rating of a 10/10 or high compliments such as those. Which are all true but none of those women will ever top Yui 😍 who I like more than anyone else here but sadly don't think she'll be able to move up that one spot to be my #1 Queen when the 'Top Twenty Faves of All Time' list is done but being second is quite an achievement!

 It's not a spoiler saying who my top two gals in the list will be, even who will be in the third spot for if you've been a steady visitor here you should know besides Yui being second who the first and third positions will be. This makes it a dozen months in a row for a Yui post, she holds the record with 22 but that could be broken this October and I expect it to happen but aren't records made to be broken? But after such a slow 2024 and also a sluggish beginning to last year didn't expect there to be as many posts for Yui. The last three months haven't been too busy for her but there's a reason for that which I'll explain near the end. Hope it's not wishful thinking but the next 2-3 months should be much busier for Yui and if so then that would make seven consecutive years making the fave's list, not sure if it's six or seven for the current record but either way Yui will lose one record here but gain another.

 Okay, above is the spoiler for who would end up in the third spot on the All Time list even though she's retired. Five or more years ago who could have predicted that pairing would end up being my second and third favorite women of all time?! Yui doesn't post many photos at her IG page but their always so terrific, she's only had two in the past month so will pass on those for today though you could say the newish pics at the bottom have been her recent IG photos. Always try to have some older group cards for ex-Idols but it gets tougher when they've had so many posts such as Yui has had. But some of these cards for today should be brand new for here and are from Keya's first five singles that came out in 2016/17. In order there's three cards for single #1 "Silent Majority" that came out on April 6, 2016 and that just reminded my the tenth anniversary of that single is coming up.

 

 Wonder if there will be any kind of celebration and some of the older members are invited to a concert to sing some of those old tunes with current members? Single #2 which came out on July 16th was "Sakai ni wa Ai Shika Nai", that also has three cards. Keya's third single was "Futari Saison" and was released on November 30th, that has the most cards with eight. Single's four and five each have four cards, "Fukyowaon" was released on April 5, 2017 and lastly is "Kaze ni Fukarete mo" that came out on October 25th, that would have been two days after Yui's 18th birthday.

 We're only two days away from Valentine's, one day if you're in Japan and have some older Yui pics for the semi-holiday. Those top seven are cards for the 'Keya Kise' web game and those are my all time favorite cards from any group.... how about that trio in the bottom photo(?), think Valentine's now needs to be a three day holiday!

 Yui has been a model for the andGirl site for almost three years but has only had a few recent new photos at their site. So let's go back five years for these Yui modeling pics from the With site, oddly there were none for February so these were all new to their site in January. She was a model for them from July 2018 to July 2023 and not sure why that gig ended.

 

 March 14th is when the next huge 'Tokyo Girls Collection' show will be held, I fully expect Yui to take at least one runway stroll plus she just may perform a song! Below are some photos from the March 2022 TGC show, at one time so many of my favorite women would appear but not so many these days, to me the 'Girls Award' show is better and their next one should be at the end of April.

 Here's some fabulous news for Yui fans though if you are you may have already heard of it. Unlike 99.8% of J-Pop Idols Yui has made a return to music, last August she released her first mini album which I though was good but wish she rocked out a tad more but the two videos she had for the album were superb. When performing or releasing music she uses the name of Yousti, it's a combo of her name and an Ostrich! This March 25th she'll be releasing her first regular single but none of the track titles have been announced nor how many songs will be on it. There should be a video coming out soon for the main song and above did say perhaps she may perform it at the next TGC show. That first album sold close to 20,000 copies which is a decent amount for a solo artist these days.  The Must Watch video at the bottom is one Yui just added to her YT channel on January 30th, it's a behind the scenes video from her mini October 26th concert and does she look amazing! Speaking of Amazing that's an appropriate word for Yui so will end off with many of those kinds of photos, it's not the end of the world if it never happens but how I'd love to see her have another photobook.
