Haruka Fukuhara: Is here to make all of our days a little bit brighter!!!!

 

 Am once again in a partial state of Blahsiness which should be an official word plus this slowish period keeps dragging on so did come very close to taking today off. But for whatever reason Haruka 😍 popped into my mind and that does happen often but even so it's never easy doing posts for her. As a matter of fact if I was to look at my top ten all time women it's been more difficult doing posts for Haruka than anyone else yet she's now only seven posts away from reaching a hundred! There's probably no way it'll happen this year and my prediction is that she'll end up with 98 by New Year's Eve though if at all possible will try my darndest to make it happen!

 This year so far has seen such a resurgence of many of my faves who had disappeared for a while and have been getting a steady amount of posts. Can't say that Haruka has ever disappeared but even though she's busier than most others I post about those activities are often ones that don't make for interesting posts. This makes it five posts since December 1st which is when the '2026 Nao Year' began so for the first time in four years Haruka has qualified for the fave's list, she had three consecutive years making the top eight. She'll also place high on the 'Top Twenty Faves of All Time' list when it begins in August, Haruka should end up being my #1 actress on the list. How times have changed, when I did the first All Time list in 2018 eleven actresses made the list, this time around think it will just be six and half of those are from South Korea.

 This is no birthday post but Haruka is one of those gals you think of being eternally young but this August she'll celebrating birthday #28. Before beginning this post went back to look at the stats for her older ones for I was curious how (un)popular Haruka was with you viewers. You can take out the (un) part for she seems to have a solid amount of fans here and that does please me, one huge reason is that Haruka is one of the few women I post about these days who never has any new gravure photos. There's a few of those pics above which are from her last regular photobook and odds are high we'll never see Haruka have any more gravure pictures which doesn't bother me in the least and hope that happens.

 Have a little bit of a lot for today but could have made this post much larger and I often do for Haruka posts. But that also means I don't have much for a follow-up post so though this is a large post held off on some things and will try to have another post for her next month. Mentioned a photobook above and Haruka had three regular ones between 2014-18 but none since. However in 2023 she did release a book that was called "Gift" and it was from the filming locations of her "Mai Agare!" asadora(morning drama) and posted that book on January 18th. It's been a very popular post but if you missed it have the link to it and for years have been saying Haruka has the most attractive face of any Japanese woman I post about and when you view the photos how can you not agree?!?! "Gift" photobook

 Whew, in all honesty aren't photos like those above close to being impossible to top! I've seen Haruka in at least a dozen drams and also a few films but not many from the past three years. That will be changing as soon I'll be diving into one of her two 2024 dramas, she has the lead role in just about every show or film she appears in. Was hoping to have some photos from an event that promoted her second 2024 drama but in a shocker there was none but do have some fabulous interview pics for the series from the Crank site.

 That interview was for Haruka's drama "Secret Makeover" that aired from July 13th to September 28, 2024 and had ten episodes. I was going to skip the show as the synopsis didn't make the series to be all that appealing but did a bit more investigating and the show actually does look to be quite interesting. Just got the series and skimmed through the first show but not sure how I'll be recapping the ten episodes but will think of something as I need to get back to viewing Japanese dramas. Have been watching many movies this year but haven't started on a new drama since last Autumn(!), did need a break from them but it's stretched on for too long.

 Haruka played the lead role of Mitsuko Motomiya who has dubbed herself as a Total Coordinator. She can remake people's lives which is where the "Secret Makeover" title comes from, Mitsuko may come off as being sincere and helpful but lurking underneath is something sinister. In this first episode a wealthy businessman named Kujo died suddenly and his death will be the key storyline. He owned such a successful company but in his will left all of his stocks to the family's housekeeper/caregiver, the Kujo family was so irate at that and are about to swindle the woman Natsu out of the fortune. This is where Mitsuko stepped in and she quickly gave the woman a complete makeover and was sitting in with Natsu when she met up with the Kujo family. That's where I stopped and this does appear to be such a terrific mystery and revenge story so you'll be seeing some posts for that but not sure when. To me Haruka does better in these kinds of dramas or films, ones that are a bit serious and suspenseful so do recommend her 2019 movie "My Girlfriend is a Serial Killer".  Haruka does quite a bit of modeling but never sticks with one company or site for a long time. Back in March she became the Japanese spokeswoman for the Italian brand Bvlgari and had many photos from them in her last post. Those are below and since then the ones with Haruka dressed in blue are brand new, they're a watch company but she's not wearing one in those newer photos.

 Haruka has never consistently been someone who has appeared in many magazines but did to an extent from 2017-22, not nearly as many these days. So will go back in time for this set from the December 2023 edition of Bijin Hyakka, hard to explain why I adore that last page so much but who cares as Haruka looks like a woman you'd only meet in Heaven!!!!

 Will have one other oldie but goldie mini magazine spread that's from the July 20, 2023 issue of Weekly Bunshun, it was promoting Haruka's "Gift" photobook which I talked about near the beginning.

 Haruka's latest movie came out last Friday and surprised there weren't more interviews for it. Do have photos from one and also the link to the site which was with Smart Flash and of course they publish the Flash magazine. In this interview Haruka discussed much more than the new movie and she does have another coming out soon but so far there's been no dramas scheduled for 2026:

 Will end off here and back in 2022 Haruka had the lead female role in the "Shojiki Fudosan" aka Honest Realtor drama, there was a second season in 2024. The first season was solid and did recap most of the episodes but thought it could have been better, never have seen the second season but it's not that I don't want to view it but keep forgetting about it! Last Friday, which was May 15th, the popular show had a regular movie come out that starred Haruka and the rest of the main cast, the film has the same title as the drama. Below are many photos from the film's premiere and the bottom four are some screenshots from the movie, Haruka 😍 always looks so darn classy and ultra attractive at events. There are some videos on YT from the premiere but instead of one of them after the pics is a video from over a year ago when Haruka took a trip to London, she has many interesting ones at her YT channel but has uploaded so few the past year and the video after the pics is recommended for all fans.
