Haruka Kaki: Hopefully is still remembered by a few out there....

 

 The title is on the money as I know most will never forget about Haruka and that goes double for me!!!! So because of that it's been so frustrating the last two years not being able to do many posts for Haruka who after Nogi's most recent graduation could be my favorite current member. In 2024 Haruka only had one post and last year she had two, she's such a popular Idol so it baffles me why it's been so difficult doing posts for her? But did do a post in early March and while this is a good sized post didn't work overly hard on it as I'd like to see a few more posts done this year, say one every other month? That won't be easy but can still try to do so, at the worst will have a post eleven weeks from now for her 25th birthday.

 There's so many other women I'd love to do more posts for and that list of then would be so lengthy. Very close to being number one on that list would be Haruka and I like her immensely, perhaps more than any other current J-Pop Idol but you wouldn't know that because of the lack of posts. Haruka has been the center of at least four Nogi singles, has their best selling photobook of the past four years, has had the lead role in a drama plus seems to be very popular with both males and female fans. So I do wonder why don't we see Haruka appear in more magazines plus model these days for any site or clothing line, because of that she never appears at those huge fashion shows. Maybe Haruka is content doing what she's been doing but she could be such a massive star if she did a few more activities and where is that second photobook, it's been four years since the first was released.

 Let's get to things and even though the posts for Haruka have been so far and few between the last few years she's remained very popular here. All except her last post have over a thousand views, many have at least 2,000 and her first post ever that featured her photobook has close to 10,000 views! First up are these recent pics from her IG page and Haruka posts so few solo ones but least they're all so terrific and there won't be many more with the ex-captain  in the fourth photo.

 Nogi just finished up their trio of 14th birthday concerts, there's always one popular member that leaves during the occasion. So far there's no cards for this year's birthdays so have some below from prior years, there should be many new Nogi cards coming out as there haven't been any for three months.

 Here's a small batch of older cards which are brand new for here as I didn't realize they had existed until recently. Which are cards for Haruka's "Massara" photobook and to me that remains one of my all time favorite Nogi books, that bottom pic could be the most underrated photo of all time!

 April 8th marked Haruka's fifth anniversary as a host of the 'School of Lock!' radio show, she hosts the second week of a month. Below are some pics from the show's site since March and at least one Nogi member has had a SOL show for over a decade now.

 Haruka is a rarity among active Idols as she posts many photos of her wearing glasses and to me she looks mighty fine clad in them! A year ago, May 7th of 2025 to be exact, Haruka was the cover girl for that dated issue of Weekly Shonen Sunday and she's had the honor close to ten times for the magazine.

 Had the above spread again for a year later she's once again their cover girl and it's for their May 13th issue. You never see a Nogi member have gravure pics unless it's promoting a photobook and to me that's okay as the way Haruka looks is oki doki(!) but maybe the lack of gravure pictures is why there's so many fewer spreads for the members?

 One list I've often discussed is having one for my favorite Nogi photobooks and have posted 82 to date, some are special ones for a magazine. Almost every book is so tremendous and it'd be so hard to only pick out 12-16 of them so for now it's on the backburner. But did do a post for the most popular Nogi books with you viewers, did that over four years ago so it seems like a good time for an updated list and you could say it's you reader's list of Nogi's top books. "Massara" is Haruka's only book to date and it came out in June 2022, I did a post on December 1, 2022 featuring the book and to date it has the massive number of 9,880 views! But that only makes it the 15th most popular Nogi book here and she's about to drop one more spot which will happen within a month. I'd have the book in about seventh place as far as my fave Nogi books go, sure most of you have seen the post but in case you haven't have the link to it and it's sold close to 200,000 copies!!!! After the pics is her latest video at Nogi's streaming channel, it's about gaming and didn't realize it could be so entertaining watching Haruka assemble a desk and chair.... I vow to feature in future posts the "Ryosangata Ruka: Puramo Buin no AokiGyakushu" drama which she had the lead role in. I had the entire series subbed but must have deleted it off my laptop so will get it again as I really want to view it.
