Do mainly quick reviews on things I've watched, try to make the reviews brief, quick to read through with not too many spoilers, just whether they're good or bad and why I thought so plus whether you may find them enjoyable. Many, many screenshots are included from everything I've watched plus any video trailers if they're available. Hope you find something that interests you, don't hesitate to comment, arigato gozaimasu!

Saki Fukuda: "Ultraman Orb" news and Instagram pics
Saki finished #1 for my top twenty faves but as you all know it wasn't this one. In 2015 she finished second on the list and she had a real good shot at taking the top spot, least I thought so. But that didn't happen as Saki didn't even make the list, that's what'll happen when you do close to zero for a whole year. Only happenings in 2016 were one stage play that started in May and a few guest appearances on a two dramas, besides that nothing.
Wish I knew what's been going on with Saki these last few years, she's 26 now so think it's time to buckle down and get busier or perhaps think of doing some other kind of career. However I've been such a huge Saki fan for so many years I'd much rather see her get real busy, have a feeling 2017 will be a much better year for her.
It's starting off on the right foot as she's in her first Japanese drama since mid 2014. Not sure if Ultraman shows are true dramas but at least it's a start. This is a spin-off from the "Ultraman Orb" series which aired for most of 2016, think it's a prequel. There were two mini events for the series on December 14th and 27th, the series aired it's first show on the 26th. Not many pics but Saki still looks more than A-OK to me, the drama is a web show which airs on Amazon.
Won't do a recap of the series yet, did watch the first episode though it was unsubbed. Have a feeling it will be subbed so if/when it happens will be recapping the entire series. Saki plays Amate in the show and it's a very big part, her character is some sort of Queen and the first show seemed fairly good as this will be about the fifth Ultraman series I've viewed.
Let's hope this drama jump starts Saki's career, I've really missed her the last few years and she's a fine actress which is why it's a mystery we haven't seen her in more recent shows. Saki does have an Instagram account and updates it quite often. After the pics have a video of the December 27th Ultraman event.
