Welcome to this Baka's blog on his fave Japanese Pop Culture interests.
Welcome to my humble site....
Hajimemashite minna san....welcome to my site on my fave Japanese Pop Culture likes such as dramas, movies, magazine scans, promo events etc. Mainly concentrate on my faves...Risa Watanabe... Kyoko Saito... Yui Kobayashi....Miyuki Watanabe.... Nene Shida.... if you're a fan at all of any of them then you've come to the right place(!) but many others are featured here besides them. Do mainly quick reviews on things I've watched, try to make the reviews brief, quick to read through with not too many spoilers, just whether they're good or bad and why I thought so plus whether you may find them enjoyable. Many, many screenshots are included from everything I've watched plus any video trailers if they're available. Hope you find something that interests you, don't hesitate to comment, arigato gozaimasu!

Ayaka Miyoshi: Few recent happenings....
Unfortunately the word few is correct in the title for one of my massive faves. There are about 35 new pics today which is a good amount but this is Ayaka's first post since December so that amount of pics for a three month stretch isn't all that many. Ayaka graduated from Seventeen back in August and since then we haven't seen too much of her. She was becoming quite popular and is still that way but have noticed many in her age bracket from 21 to 25 taking extended breaks lately.
Should be hearing more from Ayaka as it appears she's wrapped up her long holiday. She'll be in the film "Inuyashiki" that will be released on April 20th and it looks like she has a fairly big role in the movie. Also Ayaka will be appearing at the March 31st 'Tokyo Girls Collection' Spring/Summer show, no model tops her at those events. Above is a new CM for Maybelline that came out in February, some promo pics for it along with a few from a mini event for the company from January.
Ayaka doesn't have a blog plus she update her Instagram account too often and when she does there's not enough solo pics of her. So far there's only been one mag spread for this year but least it's a terrific set from the April edition of 25ans.
As I mentioned above no model tops Ayaka at fashion shows and it's a certified fact. Yesterday she was at the 'Kobe Collection' Spring/Summer show which of course was held in Kobe. Think there were about 120 models at the show that took place at the Hyogo World Memorial Hall in front of 12,500 fans. The first set of Ayaka pics are mind blowing and you can say the same thing for so many of her pics, especially the ones from her one and only photobook. Too often the videos from these events get deleted so instead have a new one after the pics for 25ans wedding dresses.
