Erika Toda: Few recent happenings....

 

 It's certainly not like the olden days where there was seemingly a post a week for Erika. But this is her fourth in six months and that's an okay pace for me, at one time she was popular here but those days seem to have passed. It was much easier to have many posts back from 2011-15 as there was so much catch up to do with Erika's activities from the prior four years. Hmmmm, then this is the tenth anniversary of this blog but don't have anything special lined up, truly never thought I'd be doing this that long. Usually when a fave gets married stop posting about them or at least posts in this vein. But will continue with Erika posts for a while, she did get hitched back in December but until she has some young ones running around her household will keep up on her activities. If she does want little ones crawling on the floor she better hurry as she'll be turning 33 in August.

 Kind of consider Erika's 'peers' to be those actresses born between 1986-89 and there's quite a few of them who have been big faves of mine over the years. But in my opinion she's really eclipsed all of them, seems when so many hit the age of thirty the words bland and uninteresting are the best adjectives for them. That goes for the the quality of their dramas and especially the way they dress, they're thirty in age not eighty! But Erika is really looking better than ever these last few years, still wish she could gain a few pounds but to me she still looks like a few trillion yen!

 Really not a large post, little over thirty new pics along with some oldies but do jump at the chance to have a post for her these days. Where Erika really shines these days are at events but don't really have new pics of any today. But there was a mini one that was streamed live on April 22nd which was a Lancome press conference. She's been a model for them since 2018 and her pics/videos for them are always ultra superb. This streamed event was to promote a new online lab for Lancome which also features some sort of online beauty game, here's the video to the event: Lancome event

 No new pics from them today but do have some terrific ones from the Spur site that came out at the end of February, Erika will also be the cover girl of their June issue.

 Also some new ones from the Vogue site as Erika's really increased her modeling work lately.

 Have seen Erika in twenty dramas(!) but did skip her last one, it looked okay but wasn't one that I was overly interested in. Have also seen her in ten TV movies plus eleven regular films, that's a lot of things and don't think any other actress can top that amount. One new mag spread for today which is from the June issue of Maquia, she graces so many covers these days.

 Will end off with an encore viewing of some perfect pics though about half are new ones. On January 14th Erika was at the 32nd 'Japan Jewelery Best Dresser Award' ceremony, she won the award for females in their thirties. To me these event pics will be the top ones of the year, wow did she look so utterly fabulous! Following the pics have a brand new CM for Lancome.
