Minami Hamabe: Few recent happenings....

 

 Really not much to do with this post but was just thinking how slow 2021 was for introducing new women. By my count the total was only seven and there's not many females 22+ in age who I haven't noticed so the total for this year may be even lower. But did have a newbie a little over a week ago and there is someone who will be introduced in February, there is that age requirement someone has to be 22 or older to be introduced. So after those two can't think of anyone else who has never had a post here so sure hope my long time faves have a busy year.

 In a way Minami does have something to do with newbies being introduced. Have always said she'll be the youngest person I post about and she'll be turning 22 in August. So if someone was born before August 2000 you may see them in the future if I like them, anyone born after that month is someone you'll never see here. That should have no impact on this year's posts but wonder if it will four years from now when Minami is 26, the bigger question though is will I still be around then?

 Not a huge post as Minami's last one was just done three weeks ago, despite her young age not many have had as many posts as she has the last two years. "Dr. White" is the title of her new drama that begins on January 17th and will be checking it out, Minami's dramas are always worth a view though her last 2-3 shows weren't quite as good as the ones prior to 2021. Few new pics from Minami's Instagram page, the second and third are my top ones as they do feature a biggish fave of mine.

 Not many new modeling pics but as mentioned it's only been three weeks since her last post. But these four from the Voce site are among her best ever!

 Actually there's more modeling pics than I thought. This batch is from the Kyoto Kimono Yuzen site, Minami models for so many kimono sites and why not as she looks terrific in them!

 Mentioned that Minami's new drama is title "Dr. White" and will have more info on it later as I will be recapping it and it does look like her best series in a while. There was an event held for the show on January 11th and it also stars a semi-forgotten mega fave of mine from the ancient days here....

 Minami's first regular photobook came out at the end of October. It was titled "20" and it's been a decent seller at about 40,000 copies sold, that's an okay total for an actress and book sales were way down in 2021. It's only been about three months since the book came out and I don't like to post an entire photobook too soon as not to affect sales or get any site/agency mad at me. It's worked out well as it's been years since I've had a warning for books. So what I've been doing is having about twenty pics from the book in these posts and have 22 for today, maybe in four months will do one post with all of the pics. Know it's not as alluring as Idol books but to me Minami really looks superb and this was one of my top books of the year. After the super duper pics check out a new CM for Docomo.
