First post of the year may not be anything special though if you're a Kasumi fan and quite a few are have some beyond alluring pics of her. This is the second year in a row that Kasumi has served as a moderator for the show which I don't know if a woman has ever done before, she is quite popular these days but no doubt it was because she was the star of the "Hiyokko" asadora.
Whew, may be hard to top that GIF this year!!!! As the title says this is the 68th time this show was held and it receives massive ratings when it's aired on New Year's Eve. It's a singing contest where viewers can call in to vote for who they think had the best team. Most of the huge stars are there and of course that means groups such as AKB, Nogi, Keya, Perfume, Twice and many others performed, there's also a panel of judges whose votes count.
For the 37th time the White team won, they seemed to consist of many more male artists. Had there been a contest for best attire Kasumi would have won the award hands down, especially the way she looked in that red dress. Kasumi also wore two other outfits and as usual looked too dazzling to believe. Many pics here from Sunday's show, the bottom set is from the rehearsal that was held on the 30th and couldn't find any worthwhile videos on YT as NHK probably blocks them.
