No more talk about Mai graduating, it'll eventually happen but that's also the case with all of Nogi members so let's just enjoy her time in the group until her departure. Mai has left a few magazines recently along with no longer being the co-host of the 'UmazuKingdom' show. But she does have other projects starting up as it appears she'll be concentrating more on her acting career.
This Sunday the drama "Yareta Kamo Iinkai" will be starting, at the top is a new short promo video for the series. Looks to be an interesting show and will be viewing it if it gets subbed. It's Mai's biggest role to date as she has the female lead in the drama, hoping there may be an event for it over the weekend as there hasn't been much promoting for it up until now.
Plus on May 12th Mai will be starring in the Spring 'Strange Stories of the World' TV movie. That's a series which has been airing for many years and it's broken down into four or five short films. In her segment she'll be playing an OL, I've viewed many of the movies and while they're not truly scary they are very entertaining watches.
Mai has left modeling for two magazines, one is Larme though she may be in their next issue. The other is Ray and she made her final appearance in the May edition which had a feature of her that was over thirty pages, these could be her last pics from the site.
Hope Mai continues to appear in mags as not many have topped her spreads over the past five years and doubt if many Idols have done as many spreads as she has since 2013. In the last Nogi mag spread post had this superb new collection of pics from the April 30th issue of Big Comic Spirits. Going to post the pics again as there's been some bonus ones that have been released at their site which are the bottom eight pics, Mai's still looking A++++!!!!
A new company Mai will be working with is 'Shoplist.com', perhaps she was getting a bit tired of working for the two magazines she recently left as she had been with them for a long time. There's two CM's for them coming out soon and these are some promo pics from their site which are mainly stills from the two CM's
Ooops, just searched YT and found two CM's for the company, have one after the next set of pics and let's hope the video stays up for a while. Today, which is April 20th, Mai was at a press conference for 'Shoplist.com' where they introduced her as their new spokesperson. I like the way she dresses a bit elegantly at these events as Mai is one of the more classier Idols. The company is a mail order site where you can get huge discounts on clothing items, think she was also promoting an app for them.
