Welcome to my humble site....

Hajimemashite minna san....welcome to my site on my fave Japanese Pop Culture likes such as dramas, movies, magazine scans, promo events etc. Mainly concentrate on my faves...Risa Watanabe... Kyoko Saito... Yui Kobayashi....Nana Owada.... Nene Shida.... if you're a fan at all of any of them then you've come to the right place(!) but many others are featured here besides them. Do mainly quick reviews on things I've watched, try to make the reviews brief, quick to read through with not too many spoilers, just whether they're good or bad and why I thought so plus whether you may find them enjoyable. Many, many screenshots are included from everything I've watched plus any video trailers if they're available. Hope you find something that interests you, don't hesitate to comment, arigato gozaimasu!

Nogizaka46: 2018 Magazine scans #6....

Another new Nogi game is out there for everyone to enjoy but don't know much about this one yet. That top pic is one of the best of the year and is from Nanase's upcoming photobook, it'll be her first one put out by the Non-no magazine but her third overall. Hoping to have two more solo posts for her in the next week and perhaps even one later on today. Was planning on having a post for the 'Video Girl Ai' series with just her screenshots from the drama along with more info on her character along with one post for other current activities.

Single #20 "Synchronicity" will be released in six days but there doesn't seem to be as much promoting for this one compared to others. Overall for 2018, to me at least, there doesn't seem to be as many Nogi activities and most mag spreads have been for about six or so members as there's been so many long term members who we don't hear enough about.
Kazumi and Sayuri I. are two of those members who come to mind but both will be appearing in a 'Sailor Moon' play. That franchise first came out in 1991 and since then has been an anime, manga, movie and TV series. Those two will have starring roles in the play along with many other Nogi gals who are mainly second or third generation members, the play begins in June.

Manatsu has been a popular Nogi member for many years but she's been one of those members who I mentioned has been strangely quiet for such a long stretch. There were rumors some months ago about her graduating this year but haven't heard much about that recently. She starts off today's spreads and really looks oki doki in the May issue of Bubka.

Misa was my #1 Nogi member in my last fave members list, though she hasn't been as active either guess you could say she still retains the top spot but she won't be eligible for this year's list. Misa is another member who have had graduation rumors swirling about her, what's Nogi going to look like in a year or two when all of my huge faves depart?
Misa did leave one of her two radio shows but at least still hosts one, she's also going to be doing some dubbing for a new video game coming out next month. She has the cover for this fine set of pics from the April edition of Up Plus which is put out by Bea's Up.

One can never get tired of viewing Misa pics 😍 and have even better ones here from the April edition of Bijin Hyakka, she's now one of their exclusive models.

Saved the best set for last which features the center for Nogi's upcoming single. Mai has left both the Ray and Larme mags which means we may not be seeing as many spreads from her but then again she's been cutting her ties with companies for a reason. No date has been set but to me August sounds like the logical time for her to graduate, she'll be turning 26 that month.
Mai's "Passport" photobook has re-entered the top ten as it was the fifth best selling PB last week and has sold a bit over 268,000 copies. She graces the cover for the final spread which is from the April 30th issue of Big Comic Spirits, following the terrific pics is a video of the photo shoot.
