Not a holiday in Japan or most other places but it will be here in America so when you don't hear from me tomorrow you'll know why. Never thought Reika would have another solo post after she graduated from Nogi at the beginning of September but an even bigger shock is that she has a second photobook. It's probably a farewell gift from management and why not as Reika is a likable gal and did do quite a bit do help Nogi become immensely popular.
Like most Idols she's turning her sights on becoming an actress. Won't be having any info on it in this post but perhaps in a group one as she is in a play that opened on November 15th, something to do with Vampires. Though Reika has graduated if there's any news of her or any other graduate will have that in a group post, she had only three solo posts as a Nogi member so we'll consider this our farewell post. At the top are two promo pics from the photobook which was released today, these two pics here are from her first one that came out in March 2017.
Unlike most Idols think we'll be seeing more of Reika in the future as she's now a model for a pair of magazines. One is Classy and though she's in their new issue will hold on to that small set for now as there are seventy pics for today though these here are from their site.
For the photobook Reika has been doing some interviews to promote it but also for her new stage play and life after Nogi, these are from the Oricon site....

Have a few promo pics for the PB, there's a Twitter page for it but it's kind of disappointing. What's shocking is where the photo shoot took place which was in Portland, the city on the west coast. Think she made a mistake and should have gone to the east coast for a little lobster fishing! Have no clue why that location was chosen, read two Reika interviews where she didn't mention why but did say it was kind of a boring city but aren't most compared to Tokyo? Not many pics above but have some mag spreads which have outtake ones for the PB. But first is this spread which I somehow missed and it's a fine set of pics as Reika was the cover girl for a special Flash issue called 'Best of Early Autumn 2019'.
Have two more mag spreads with this one being from WPB #49, this and the next one have outtake pics from the book and that third pics truly deserves as A++++.

The photobook was officially released today but yesterday Reika held an event at the Tsutaya store in Shibuya where you could purchase it a day early and possibly meet her. Looks like she's recovered from her Portland debacle and the pics for it were taken in mid September so it doesn't take that long for a book to be put together and published. Have no idea what the expectations are for sales, if I recall her initial photobook sold about 31,000 copies in it's first week out and sure everyone would be pleased if the sales were around that figure for this PB.
This probably won't be Reika's last solo post as I will have the pics from the book but it won't be for many months as not to affect sales but will also include anything new in Nogi group posts. Have some pics here from yesterday's event but there's no video of it which isn't surprising. So after the pics have her appearance from last night's 'Showroom' as she was the host promoting the book.
