Hajimemashite minna san....welcome to my site on my fave Japanese Pop Culture likes such as dramas, movies, magazine scans, promo events etc. Mainly concentrate on my faves...Risa Watanabe... Miku Tanaka... Yui Kobayashi....Maria Makino.... Nene Shida....if you're a fan at all of any of them then you've come to the rightplace(!) but many others are featured here besides them. Do mainly quick reviews on things I've watched, try to make the reviews brief, quick to read through with not too many spoilers, just whether they're good or bad and why I thought so plus whether you may find them enjoyable. Many, many screenshots are included from everything I've watched plus any video trailers if they're available. .... very little else. But thought why let these three magazine spreads become dated plus know many viewers want to see new photos of Hinako as she must be one of the top 3-4 women who I've ever posted about. Her first post was done way back and I mean WAY BACK in June 2014 yet this is only her 36th post which means about four a year. This is just her third since last March and Hinako the last four years has had this bad habit of disappearing for long stretches. She's going to be turning 29 in age later this year and it's rare to see gravure models at that age plus it's seldom when they continue to be a gravure model for so long. So am hoping these three recent spreads will be the start of a busy period and think it just might.
On April 7th Hinako will be releasing her seventh regular photobook so that should mean we'll be seeing her in a lot of upcoming magazines, she also has a web drama starting up in two weeks. First off are these pics from her Line blog, not many as of late as she really hasn't done all that much since last Summer, her previous post was done back in August.
Hinako is the cover girl for all three spreads and also has some modeling pics for the Uniqlo Spring collection coming out which will be in her next post.... hopefully that'll be soon! First set is from the January 10th issue of Young Champion.
Second up is another HinakoYoung Champion spread but its from their monthly issue called Best, this set is from their March edition. Did mention in the beginning how popular Hinako has been with you viewers over the years. Been a while since I've done any lists to see who the most popular have been over the last 3-4 years so may do one of those lists for April. What may be a better idea is to see who the most popular gravure models have been since the beginning of this blog.
Hinako is once again the cover girl for this final spread that's from the March 17th issue of Friday, some of the pics look similar to that first spread. There were no videos for any of these spreads so after the pics have one of Hinako's most viewed ones that came out back in 2018 for Young Magazine and has over 2.5 million views.
Here's something you don't see often and perhaps it's never happened. That's of Hinako having four posts in a four month stretch and think that could be the first time ever. She's had 32 posts to date which is an okay amount but her first was done 6 1/2 years ago so you can see that's only been about five posts a year. Hinako will be turning 28 in October and I really thought she was coming close to 'retiring' from doing gravure spreads and books. That hasn't been the case as she had a photobook come out in February plus has had seven spreads since then which definitely pleases her large fan base and it is quite huge here.
"Be With Me" was the title of Hinako's fifth book which came out two months ago and most of this post will be for the book. That's because an expanded web version has been released and here's some promo pics for the book and hope it's not her final one.
Nit a large post but as mentioned it's been so hard to have many posts for Hinako over the years. There's a trio of new spreads to help promote the new version of the photobook, first off is this set from the May 3rd issue of Flash and at two pics why did they bother? But after that is a slightly bigger Flash spread that's from their May 10th edition.
On April 23rd Hinako was at an event for the book and there was also one when it originally came out. The photobook was also to celebrate her tenth anniversary in the entertainment field, like most books these days the photo shoot took place in Okinawa and rarely are books shot outside of Japan. Will end off with the best pics of the day and this spread doesn't feature outtake pics from the book. So it's nice to see Hinako back to doing regular spreads and hope they continue, this superb set is from the May issue of Young Champion Best. Bottom two pics are from the photo shoot and it's a shame there's no video for this spread so after the pics have an oldie yet goldie Hinako video from 2018 which most should enjoy.
