There's been plenty of posts and pics this month for the group's appearances at the 'Girls Awards' and 'Tokyo Girls Collection' shows. Plus there's going to be many these next two days for as their movie "Asahinagu" has it's premiere tomorrow.
But we can't forget about our or at least my all time fave Nanami and her appearances at those shows. Seven months and a day now since her graduation, she's kept true to her word and has remained retired from the entertainment industry and very few Idols in history have been able to remain permanently retired. Guess as long as Nanami's doing well that's the bottom line, not hearing anything from her is probably a good sign but so many of really miss her.
Had wanted to do some oldie posts for her as there's happenings from 2012-14 that have been missed but just haven't had the time but will make more of an effort to have some of those posts. Nanami was always present at these special fashion shows and know she wowed me and the crowd. These aren't all of the shows but five and bet she appeared at double that. Ones for today are for 2016 except for this first set so you can see how Nanami has changed over the years as these scintillating pics are from the 'Girls Awards' Autumn/Winter show back on September 28, 2013.
Pics here are from the 'Girls Awards' show from last October 8th and that was the final time Nanami appeared at one of these shows. Wasn't a solo stroll as you'll notice and she was representing the CanCam magazine, bottom four pics are Nogi performing "Hadashi de Summer".
These events are held twice a year and it's a shame it's not quarterly. Final set of 'Girls Awards' pics are from their Spring/Summer show that took place on April 9th.
On to the 'Tokyo Collection' show pics and I really like the way Nanami looked here on September 3rd at their Autumn/Winter show, actually always like the way Nanami looks.
Other TGC set isn't from one of their regular shows but a special 'Campus Show' which just her and Mai appeared at on May 22nd.
She really looks stunning when she lets the hair flow. That's quite a difference from 2013 to recent, it's like she turned from a 'young adult' to a 'lady' and i'm all for pretty ladies
ReplyDeleteAll for pretty ladies too and Nanami certainly is a prime example one. May have preferred her shorter hair but then again with longer tresses she still looks too good to believe.
ReplyDeleteHer graduation got me thinking of Erena Ono who I used to like from AKB. She 'retired' in 2014 and she may be the only somewhat popular Idol who has actually stayed retired. Her Idol days, with AKB and solo, would make for a rather interesting movie.
