Welcome to my humble site....

Hajimemashite minna san....welcome to my site on my fave Japanese Pop Culture likes such as dramas, movies, magazine scans, promo events etc. Mainly concentrate on my faves...Risa Watanabe... Kyoko Saito... Yui Kobayashi....Nana Owada.... Nene Shida.... if you're a fan at all of any of them then you've come to the right place(!) but many others are featured here besides them. Do mainly quick reviews on things I've watched, try to make the reviews brief, quick to read through with not too many spoilers, just whether they're good or bad and why I thought so plus whether you may find them enjoyable. Many, many screenshots are included from everything I've watched plus any video trailers if they're available. Hope you find something that interests you, don't hesitate to comment, arigato gozaimasu!

Kang Ji-Young: Her intro post #2....

Thought why not throw a few older Kara songs into these posts and have to admit they were much better than other K-Pop groups. Say were as the gals are no longer together or really what happened was that the members didn't renew their contracts with their agency so it's been over two years since Kara's last release and perhaps that's the last we'll hear from them as a group.
Above is their March, 2013 single "Bye Bye Happy Days" and they were such a popular group in Japan as the song hit #2 on the charts. The video is of them performing the song live back in 2013 at a fan meeting session, don't know how they could meet all of the thousands of fans....

Have more of those stunning pics of Ji-Young below, will give you time to catch your breath. Will take these posts a little bit slowly, don't want to have seventy pics or more in them and run out of things too quickly but do have about forty unsurpassed pics for today.

Ji-Young still does appear in Korean mags but not as many since she relocated to Japan three years ago, think she still lives in Korea too. That means most of the mags and events will be from Japan and have two mag sets today with the first being from the January issue of 25ans.

That was way too small of a set but do have a much bigger spread here which is from the September 1, 2016 edition of Tokyo Walker Plus.

Could have done a whole post devoted to this happening and it's one of my fave sets of pics from any event. Ji-Young's first Japanese film was "Assassination Classroom", really wacky movie but do recommend it and the film was released on March 21, 2015.
In Korea though the film didn't come out until August 27th, on the 17th Ji-Young was in Seoul for a press conference and special screening of the film. No adjectives can accurately describe her flawless looks so will let the pics do the talking plus there's a video of it after the dazzling pics.
