Nogizaka46: The second Mizuki Yamashita post.... "Video Girl Mai" drama tidbits....

 Bit of a quickie post as the above one was so large, wasn't planning on having any solo posts for Mizuki obviously changed my mind. A main reason is because of this drama which I just started two nights ago and am already up to the third episode. Planning on recapping the entire twelve episode series which would mean twelve solo Mizuki posts so thought why not a few regular ones too? But this drama isn't just about her though she does have the lead role in it.
 This is a heads up post for the drama as the first four recaps should be done within the week. But first may have the posts at my other blog, what I've been doing is posting recaps there first and then transferring them over a week later or when there's a slow day for posts. This won't be a huge post as for I had mentioned it was just a heads up for what you Nogi fans should be expecting but do have some screenshots and such for the series.

 As you fans know there was a 2018 series titled 'Video Girl Ai" which starred Nanase, notice the one letter(M) difference between the two titles? There was no event for the series but there were a pair of mag spreads such as this one from the March 2019 issue of BLT, the show began on April 11th.

 This seems to be a much darker drama than the first season, so far it's really reminded me of the 'Tomie' manga and movies. Mizuki has the perfect appearance to play such a dark character and like Ai from season one Mai has been resurrected from an old VHS tape.

 In that first episode Mai made a student named Yanagi fall for her and like Tomie once a man falls for you their life is basically finished. But in the second show she's become like Ai as her purpose in life is to serve her new master who is Kento. He's head over heels for a new transfer student and the dark side of Mai comes out as she destroys the life of another student who likes the girl. This is it for the mini post and should be back in a week or so with the first four recaps.
